Reviewed By MaxinoxI spent one night during a business trip in France recently. It is located in the center of Selestat anf there is a large parking right in front of its entrance. It is a bit ‘vintage’ due to oldness of some stuffs. By the way it is good choice if you need an hotel in the area

Reviewed By baymarekWe contacted the hotel in advance for an extra bed, information about surrounding restaurants and the option to check in early. We got answers to English questions in French, agree provisions were not to be found and an early check-in would’ve cost extra. There was no kettle in the room, the bathroom was tiny and although the hotel was scarcely occupied we got a room with view to the parking lot. The booking via secret escapes seemed to be unwelcome (although not that cheap for the hotel equipment and especially location). The customer seemed to be a disturbance. The breakfast buffet staff lady was however very friendly and very customer oriented.

Reviewed By Cyclist4567We booked a stay a couple of weeks before our arrival via their own website and only three days before leaving, they sent an email with a very weird story asking if we had contacted them to change dates. We of course hadn’t change anything but suddenly the hotel was fully booked and they cancelled our and put it in for a week later, despite our confirmation with the correct dates. I guess they are just very bad at managing their bookings. They didn’t offer to help us or anything. Bad experience, but luckily we could find another hotel that had a room left and didn’t let us down.

Very nice place for stop-over
Reviewed By HansCBWe stayed in the annex of this hotel for a stop-over, in a three-floor historic house - beware that the stairs can be difficult for some. The charming house has a small sitting room (1st fl), well equipped kitchen (ground fl) and three bedrooms, one of which is accessed though another. Guests can use the breakfast and dinner facilities at the main building around the corner, which is also charming. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location is steps away from the very nice historic center of town with lots of restaurants. Free street parking around.

Small charming hotel to feel like at home. Along the river l'ILL, with a large garden, we are situated in the middle of Alsace in the country side facing the castle of the Haut Koenigsbourg, between Colmar ((22km) and Strasbourg (45km), at 1,5 km from Selestat in the country side along the river L'ILL. Highway is at 2km and the wine road is at 5km from us. 35 Minutes from Strasbourg airport. Dinner (only with reservation ) is fixed everyday regarding the fresh product from the market and is at the price of 39 euros per person including beverage. The dining room is closed Wednesday evening and Sunday evening.

Reviewed By 110avagWe had a most enjoyable stay here. The grounds are beautiful and we were upgraded to a lovely room overlooking the stream and ancient weeping willows in the back of the property. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent and we felt as if we were staying in someone's elegant, yet comfortable home, which is what made the experience for us. I even had the sweetest kitty come visit and perch herself on the pillow next to me while we enjoyed our pre-dinner aperitif in the parlor. The dinner service and wine complimented everything perfectly and the food was delicious. And lastly, the value is exceptional. We have spent far more money on less enjoyable hotels and dinners. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend if you are in the area.

Wonderful B&B in Alsace
Reviewed By Derrick YUpon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the hosts and they accompanied us to our booked Coeur Apartment. The host did a quick introduction and asked about our needs. Knowing that everything was in order, we were gladly left alone in this nice decorated apartment. Every morning we were warmly greeted and asked about our travel plan. We highly appreciated the suggestions given by our host. Our brief two night stay in this B&B is one of the most memorable overnight locations in our travelling years.
