Reviewed By katherine si reserved a king room. was told upon checking in that room would not be available. the room i got instead had two beds and smelled terrible. there were large brown stains on the rug. eww. i guess this is the room you get when you’re traveling with your dog. i called the front desk clerk and she came down to see for herself, spritzing something on the rug. i told her i wanted a different room so she moved me down the hall. the second room was marginally better. but furniture looks like it came from goodwill circa 1970. i certainly wasn’t expecting the ritz, but i wasn’t expecting a dump either.

Reviewed By SjorkaFirst, the good: My room was updated and clean when I checked in, and the staff who greeted us were friendly and helpful. The HVAC system was fairly quiet and cooled the room well. Now, the rest: I returned from an entire day away to wet towels, an unmade bed, and an empty box of tissues. My room had not been touched. I don’t live like a slob at home and don’t intend to spend money to do so when I’m traveling. When I went downstairs to nicely report this, the gentleman at the desk was helpful and reduced the cost of my room. He added that, because of COVID, they no longer make up rooms daily unless the guest asks. I understand that it’s hard to fill jobs because of the great resignation, but it also seems that Marriott is using COVID as an excuse to cut services. From now on, if I have a choice between staying at a Marriott Courtyard or driving on home, I’ll just drive home. At least I won’t have to pay to make my bed, launder my towels, and replace the box of tissues. Also, I could hear every movement in the room above me far earlier than I had to get up.

Reviewed By bobpotter50Stayed over on trip from Utah to Boston and it was our most disappointing evening. The hotel was short of staff and needed a deep cleaning. Also the hotel needs a complete remodeling. That all said, the front desk staff was very nice.

Reviewed By brandym378MIMI checked us in and was a gracious hostess. Breakfast was good. Fresh fruits and yogurt and choice of eggs sausage and potatoes. Evening social was a plus host was gracious. Carpet could use a little updating. But e everything was clean. Nice patio setting with a fire pit and 2 grills. Indoor swimming area.

Decent room at a fair price

We didn't originally planned to stay there, but decided to save some money as it was the cheapest and decent looking motel in that vicinity. From the looks of the room I could say that the rooms were newly furnished, you wouldn't get that impression if you drove past the motel but rooms were very good as compared to the exterior. Overall it was a pleasant experience, I would recommend this motel. (If you do check-in ask for the newly renovated room as they are undergoing a massive renovation they have new and old rooms.)

Reviewed By donnyb573Only stayed here one night, pretty weird ghetto area mixed with weird inbred farm people. The room I was in had trash in it, dusty in general, some lights needed replaced, fire alarm’s batteries were taken out and dead battery was on bed, toilet had a broken toilet flusher and had to wait an hour for maintenance to come and fix it. Price for one night was $67.50 after having to get cash out of an atm that charged an extra $2.50. This was $70 for a one night stay in the cheapest room available, worth it? No, sleeping in your car is a better option. After reporting this to front office about 30 minutes after I checked in I didn’t get a discount or any reduce price on the one night stay…
