Reviewed By mmg0713Great hotel, comfortable bed, plentiful pillows, and HIGH WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER. It is clean, has reasonable parking and really cool layout of the lobby / breakfast area. Free light breakfast options. A great stopover right off I75. Gas station nearby also.

Man at front desk was crabby. Only good things at breakfast were prepackaged. This was a one night stay passing through on I75, but next time I will skip this one.

Reviewed By X6813QOrobynsThis hotel had a very good rating, so I decided to stay a night passing through. Really nice little place! Very quiet, clean and neat, comfortable bed, excellent value. The woman at the desk was wonderful, and recommended Farm to Fork for dinner, where I had one of the best salads ever! I generally don't leave reviews unless the place is really bad or really great. I'm glad to say this one was great!

Reviewed By kathyrB3045WAWe stopped here on our way up to Michigan and on our way back. We love this hotel, beds are comfortable, breakfast in the morning has lot to choose from. The staff is very helpful and nice. Asked for extra towels and pillows they were in the room when we arrived. Also have snack and drinks to purchase in the lobby if you want something. There is a restaurant across the street within walking distance it is called " Farm to Fork.". Good food. Also in the entrance there is an ice cream shop. Salted Carmel turtle was good, and Orange Pinapple was good. Next time traveling gives these a try. .

Reviewed By WesnoleI stay at IHG properties all over North Ga., (Look it up staff), I thought i had stayed in the worst one in Hiawassee, but this one topped it. When I arrived, It was almost like I was doing them a favor by showing up, first words out of her mouth..."Name"....I knew then how this would go, also she parked her car under the canopy instead of a normal parking place, I guess it was too far for her to walk, she also needed everyone to know she drives a white mercedes...(insert eye roll)....next thing out of her mouth was "Internet is your last name and room number"....that was it....Also, I wasn't recognized as a "Spire Elite" level, apparently that's not anything to them. not that I care, but it's an IHG thing. the room was ok, but the bathroom, was tiny, you can't sit on the toilet and close the door, you have to close the door, then sit down or whatever, the door barely cleared the toilet, the bed was fine, TV was fine, everything was ok, the building needs updating as it's in a bit of decline. I ran in to one staff member that was nice and greeted me everytime, must bee the owners wife, other staff members were just plain impersonal and couldn't care less about the customers, you could see it, you could feel it and don't dare make eye contact with them, it's the only IHG property I had the bill under my door when I left, they magically got everything right too, I knew they would screw that up, but they didn't, one thing is certain....I will not be back at this location, so when I'm traveling for work, I will stay in Dalton or Calhoun, this place on a scale of 1-10.....maybe a 3. Clean it up staff!!!!!.....Room 104,

Reviewed By ashliil2021On the outside this hotel looked okay. Inside, not at all. Whole thing is outdated. Floors made my feet turn black. Sheets were old and stained. Comforter and blanket had cigarette holes in them. Room smelled musty and molded. Victoria at the desk was very polite and apologetic and did what she could to help us. That was the only plus of our trip. Avoid this hotel and give that girl a raise.
