Rude receptionist, weak air conditioner
Reviewed By forrestg824The receptionist took my 500 baht as a deposit, then she staged a very heated argument with me for not giving a receipt for deposit. A Thai speaking local got involved, trying to explain her that all I need is a proof of my deposit. Finally, I had to call the hotel owner who solved the problem, all of this happening at 9 pm after a 7 hr bus trip. Then the archaic air conditioner took almost 3-4 hours to cool down the room. Resort is 8 km from the Bowin Robinson, I don't recommend motorcyle, road is horrible, you need a taxi. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Gave this feedback then get a phone call after 10pm plus text message that Agoda is to blame for them not giving me an invoice After I replied that it is also the unfriendliness of the staff I am being told that I am not open minded and should be more considered for the people suffering from the pandemic. Seriously? I have done a lot of travel domestically and stayed in several hotels last year supporting the domestic tourism in many ways. Outrageous behaviour and if anyone wants to see the text messages feel free to contact me.

Reviewed By YliiJahJust 4-km away from my apartment, not a month will pass without a visit to this place. There is no other worthy hotel in competition within the vicinity. It’s the top option for visitors that are mostly foreigners rendering short term work basis. The room prices are relatively cheap (lowest around $50, Suites not more than $100 on my last check). Not to mention the rooms are relatively big. Now they have a new building as their visitors are increasing being the only Hotel nearest ti the Industrial hubs of Rayong. They have a pool, billiard table and fitness center. Highly recommendable for those opting to avoid the traffic going to work and long travel from nearby cities. Its a family run business and the Owner is very accommodating and kind! Their place welcomes events and special occasions as well.

Reviewed By Tuchchai Pโดยรวมก็ห้องปกติดี มีไฟหลายดวงมาก แต่ห้องน้ำไม่เเบ่งสัดส่วน ทำให้เปียกไปหมด และ อาหารเช้าไม่อร่อย อาหารที่สั่งกินเองก็ไม่อร่อยให้น้อย ตอนไปพักสระว่ายน้ำยังไม่เสร็จ ฟิตเนตติดกับห้องอาหาร ซึ่งไม่ดี ไม่เป็นการส่วนตัว จะใช้งานจริงยาก แต่ยังมีรถรับส่งที่ต่างๆที่ใกล้ๆได้
