Worst hotel experience
Reviewed By SpblommeWe arrived late in the evening after a 10 hour drive. We had made a reservation well in advance and payed for our stay via booking.com. We were welcomed with a hostile attitude by ‘the boss’ as the staff member referred to himself and asked to leave because no rooms were available. We left with no apologie or whatsoever..

Amidst nature, comfortable stay with beautiful views
Reviewed By Vrinda kThis hotel was booked via Connex group and was the perfect option to relax on a long weekend. Located in the Wildalpen region, beautiful with its views and stunning Salza river, the stay was just perfect. A 4 star hotel with clean, spacious and comfortable rooms with attached small balcony directly overlooking the beautiful scenery. Breakfast was wholesome and had many options including warm options. We also ate in the restaurant a couple of times, it was good. Would stay again if back in Wildalpen.

Reviewed By bujin123We were very satisfied with this hotel. Very nice room, very clean and quiet. Free parking front of the hotel. Very nice interior of hotel with nice bar. Very delicious food in the restaurant of hotel. They also offer sauna but unfortunately it was fully booked so we had no change to try it. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was quite poor. very soft mattress. Rest was great and we were very satisfied.

Our main advantages are: • 127 beds in 45 rooms, consisting of single, twins, mainly three-beds, and four- and five-bedrooms (each with shower/WC and TV) • located in the heart of Ennstal valley, busdriving to the main ski-resorts max. 20-25 min (ski-amade, Schneebarenland Tauplitz etc). • 3 different coaching-rooms for trainings • generous wellnes-area including thre different saunas and infrared-cabin, daily usable in winter and summer • arrangement including bed/breakfast and halfboard in winter, fullboard in summer • various opportunities to train sports in a 1000m² multi-purpose hall which can be devided and used for judo, badminton, basketball, football, table tennis, volleyball, handball and a climbing wall – all these offers guarntee training independent of weather… • parking aereas for bus and private cars free of cost and sufficiently • indoor tennis center (3 courts) and outdoor courts (2) • aerobic-studio (120m² with mirrors) and well-equipped fitness-studio
Impolite, Unprofessional, Sad - just Sad
Reviewed By Saurav GVisited the place to experience the flight Aerobatics but unfortunately apart from the activity and the pilot, the whole experience was rather extremely disappointing. It started with harsh, unfriendly, receptionist and ended with her as well. I mean they are getting people to spend their money and time to come there and to have an experience and not just a flight aerobatics. I see the reception literally doesn’t understand the nature of the business and the business should invest a little more on staff training (customer service)

Reviewed By Bea_BinderSauber und sehr freundliches Reinigungspersonal! Das Hotel liegt in Gehstrecke von 10min. direkt beim Bahnhof. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr in Ordnung. Das Frühstück ist top und in einer angeschlossenen Pizzeria. Es riecht immer gut und nie nach Essen. Ich komme wieder!
