Great hotel just not close to anything
Reviewed By Donya AWe are for professional females who came here on a tour and were assigned this hotel. Hotel is absolutely lovely and modern. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were very big for European standards and the bathrooms were fantastic with standard showers and all the amenities. However the one flaw is that it is not in the city center. The Taxi’s were easily accessible on Uber and cost about seven to €10 for any once trip. The breakfast was lovely with an assortment of pastries, eggs, fruits, and fresh coffee and tea. The staff was also very nice and spoke English well. It definitely made visiting Athens a delight and highly recommend this place especially to Americans as it is the standards we are used to. And of course they had elevators!

Reviewed By 27jackyfL'hôtel Convo 212 offre un ensemble d'appartements bien conçus, munis de kitchenettes, sobres et confortables. Si l'hôtel lui-même est calme, l'environnement est bruyant, surtout la nuit: l'avenue Syggrou, juste à côté, est un des grands axes de circulation d'Athènes. Les vitrages ne sont pas suffisants pour arrêter le bruit nocturne continu. Je déconseille donc à qui a le sommeil fragile. Par ailleurs, les services au sein de l'hôtel sont minimalistes et il n'est pas toujours facile de trouver un interlocuteur. La station de bus proche permet en tout cas d'arriver vite au centre d'Athènes.

Smoking allowed in rooms!!!
Reviewed By elw42Basic hotel, jacuzzi baths are definitely the beat part to it. When we checked in we went up to the room and instantly both said it stank of smoke! We went down to reception and asked them if we could be moved to a different room. We were told there was only 1 other free, the receptionist gave us a key and said we could swallow if we wanted (no apology, no offer to help move us or to look at the initial room). We took this room as the smell was better but did still have a faint smell that someone has smoked in there. The booking was a non-smoking room and when we told the staff, they just looked at us, no apology etc. Both rooms we entered had ashtrays on the dressing table so it seems smoking is fully acceptable here and smoking/non-smoking rooms are not kept separate. Breakfast was ok and brought to the room. Room seemed clean, but couldn't help feeling it wasn't, seemed like something that would be used to shoot a porno!!

Renonated seaside hotel, luck of guest compensation procedure
Reviewed By Serkan YHotel is at the beach good location and also hotel renovated winter 2017. Room's furnitures are new and hotel area also clean. But i cant say about room cleaning. Should schedule daily short time cleaning cause having sand allaround the room. I informed my wifes birthday and than hitel let it one bottle of wine. Staffs are friendly but there is guy who work on the beach is very rude. The only tricky part they charge sunbeds and umbrella on the beach. You prefer hotel where located seaside and you have to pay sunbeds this is question mark from my side. Mostly hotel in Greece delivery free but charge what you drink beverages. Hotel and also Greece has no mb internet if you are thinkimg to do your net forgrt it cause one of the dissapointted. Hotel has luck of health and safety procedures. Enterence of hotel steps were wet and i fall down there were no any sign and some sticks on the steps to cover your sleepers. I couldnt enjoy some of days cause of my painfull feet fingers. I tried to talk owmer but he told me that i am fault. Hotel management would show some of compensation way cause of health and safety insurance even we dont need rather instead of giving some fault on me. This time average from my side.
