Reviewed By gesariIbis as it is - nothing special. For a business stay absolutely fine! The rooms are clean and the service/ people are friendly and helpful !! Unfortunately are the walls very thin, so you hear everything on the hallway as well as from your neighbours. Also the breakfast is not a highlight at all.

My husband and I were pleased to see how ready this hotel was. All the restaurants with outdoor tables, very good serving protocols, policy on wearing masks. Excellent choise if you are looking for a beautiful, comfortable hotel, great sleep quality and delicious meals.

Reviewed By Tobias1968I stayed here for 5 nights during a business trip to Itatiba. The Orion is conveniently located in a quiet section of town. Walking distance to the Downtown area is about 10 Minutes. It provides all the amenities you need, the rooms are clean and functional. There is also a small pool area, which is certainly a plus during the hot season. Breakfast is included in the regular room rates. The rates as such are really fair. As an insider tip: Room #100 does not have a window (it is blocked by a wall). If you like it dark... it might be your choice.

Breakfast/dinning area is small, is quite usual for you to be without a table to eat. 2. The eating time is short for the size of the dinning area, if you don't arrive early you can be without you meal for that period of the day. 3.there is no room service, just upon request.. I was wondering if they were on a budget or something?? Pool service was poor, no enough chairs for every one and there is a limited number of pool towels for guests. 4.What about te over price beverages ???? My God, this is was and absurd ... 5.Few options in the menu for snacks in the afternoon, and they are overprice as well.. 6.Staff is un professional, they are not polite with guest and they don't know how to behave on social events for guests. This was the worst stay I had in a few years ... and considering that I had stayed in some hotels around the globe.
