Scandic Bryggen is centrally located by the Honningsvag harbour. The hotel offers panoramic views over the surrounding sea. The local area offers a wide range of activities: hiking, sea fishing, bird safari and the popular North Cape cliffs and the North Cape Hall.
I have used Scandic hotels in rest of the country and never experienced something like this. I stayed here because of a course. They called course center and demanded that I leave the hotel right now. This is so bad communication as you can get. How about tell me at breakfast before I go to the meeting that you have to leave. Hotel was Nice, But service is not good at all They booked me in at the other hotel in town.

After travelling many miles, in our motor home, to get to the Nordkapp we found this lovely site on our way back. The host was amazing and so helpful. The facilities were fantastic. I had lots of washing to do and managed to get it all done. Great place to stay after the most memorable day ever.

Disclaimer: we did not actually sleep at the hotel, because the road to reach Honningsvag was closed due to a snow storm. We did not think about checking the road conditions before booking our non-refundable room, but we received a kind message from the hotel in the morning of our arrival to inform us that the road was closed :-( We then drove as far as we could and waited to see if the road would be opened that day. After several hours waiting we've been informed that the road would not be opened before the next day - it was around 9pm and we did not have any other option booked... but that's another story ;-) While we were waiting, we kept in touch with the friendly staff of the hotel, and got to be reimbursed for the night we've not been able to stay there - even if it was a non-refundable fare. We will definitely stay there the next time we try to reach the Cape North!

Good service. We were a family, and our room had a very small bathroom. The space from WC to Wall was extremely tight. An adult had a hard time sitting there. The bed was also a little too small for my likings. The pillow we’re too hard and too big. The breakfast was good. The hotel was very central located.

Very nice hotel on the Main Street. Lovely paintings all around. Rooms are clean, not very big but you only need a bed to sleep into! Breakfast is very good. The staff is really nice and very helpful! Just keep in mind they do not have an elevator and I’m not sure if they have rooms on the bottom floor (they did bring my suitcase down for me)

Location: Conveniently located ca 3 km away from the Honningsvåg city center. You can walk there or get there within 5 minutes by car or bike. It’s neighboring the E69 highway, which does not matter noise-wise as there is very little traffic. Living: The quarters are simple but sufficient. We had a double room with 2 single beds. There was even a closet and a small desk. Room temperature is controlled by the guest (standard element) There is breakfast for 75 NOK (2019), which is quite good. Amenities: Self-serve kitchen with all necessary equipment including a fridge. Showers were clean. Same goes for toilets. Everything is a tad old but functional nonetheless. Staff: This is where this establishment truly shines. Staff was beyond helpful and customer satisfaction is lived here. Need a coffee? No problem! (free). Forgot to buy salt, they’ll help you out. Tldr: Excellent place to stay and fairly priced. Could do with some renovations but everything works well. Staff is exceptionally friendly and engaged.

The location is everything. The cleanness is a bonus. The breakfast and the facilities are minimal, but if you use it for overnight sleep before visiting Nordcapp is just perfect. The price tag is pretty high, but everything is expensive in Norway...

staying near the NORTHCAPE is incredibly expensive. But this was a cheaper option. It's no luxurious place but it's comfortable enough and the people are friendly. There's a lot of factory workers stayingnin the hotel as well. This wasn't bothering at all though.
