Reviewed By DopeyMoThis place is not at the same level as other Peermont hotels. It is actually sad. It could do with just some good up-keep. We thankfully had a complementary night stay so we didn't have to pay for it, otherwise it would have been more painful. It served as a good stopover on our trip but I doubt would return. The breakfast in the morning was hit and miss. The Cold meat and cheese platter was stale while the muffins and scones were rock hard. Would not stay here unless I absolutely have to

Reception is excellent, making the booking in a breeze. Rooms are spotless and of a very high standard. Well Done to all. Highly recommended.

Perfect for a business stop over
Reviewed By Gr00vy69I needed a place at the last minute and based on reviews decided this was the right place. It did not disappoint!! Wally was very accommodating and the room is clean, spacious and well equipped for a couple of nights. Babbling Brook is conveniently situated for visitors without transport, walking distance to a local Mall as well as good service stations with convenience stores. Close to public transport. For those with vehicles, there is safe, free parking in the property. I can highly recommend Babbling Brook and will be back when I’m in the area.

Reviewed By Christel LAt R1600 per night this is a joke. Dont know how they can call this a hotel. Dirty. Curtains falling off the rail. Rooms smell like paint. Never again. Cupboards has a bad smell. Like it got wet. Not to be recommended

Reviewed By zanitshabalalaThe guest house has church on Sunday and Wednesday till late in the evenings up till half past ten at night, not that church is a problem however it is rather noisy for people who have had a long day at work and are trying to get their rest, also the room I was in was cold I complained that the air on is not working but the staff never took it upon themselves to report this or change my room they did however bring me a heater on my fourth night, the staff is not friendly at all and they do not take customers complains serious, the rooms are ok with a bath and shower, looks really nice at first but as you look closer you will see that they do not really take care of their rooms, toilet seats are cracking also not washed proper due to wreaking pee smell and the bath has grime which is not a pleasant sight, I would not recommend this place at all

Reviewed By MhlongnnpI just had a very bad experience in sleeping in this untidy lodge when I went to do my driver's license. Pillows were smelling, I asked if they could change them after I had checked in and they changed pillows but the pillow were still smelling. I had to put my doek on the pillow. Above that I bathed with cold water in the morning and it was very cold
