We stayed here for 3nights this was my second visit to Pines. The pros of this place it is very quite, with beautiful view, feels so much back to nature with birds chirping and natures sound. They have an amazing restaurant with awesome food served. I could not ask for anything better when I needed a relax and good break away from bustling and jammed up city. Only drawback this property has no lifts nevertheless I wouldnt trade the view just for climbing up stairs. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Kudos to Mr.Khoo and his team for great hospitality and friendly service. If you are a nature lover and just want to sit back and relax to reflect this is definitely an option for you.

Glad to be the first one to review this lovely place which we stayed for 2 nights. wish we could give more stars and stayed even longer. we were given Room 34 and it was facing the most magnificent views of the mountains and valleys. the rooms were clean and the toilets were big and nice. we thoroughly enjoyed the climate and the entire SilverPark experience. although the only down side is that you have to drive out to search for food. there was a kitchen with tea coffee facilities and cooking but we could not find any markets nearby we travelled a bit to find restaurants which were opened very randomly total experience was amazing but the drive up was a little challenging my kudos to the team who provided amazing information and services prior to our arrival. everything was up to notch and perfection till the end of our stay they were there to guide and help whenever needed over whatsapp will love to come back here over and over again. thank you Team Hill for an excellent experiance.

Hollebekke is a beautiful bungalow. The exterior retains the old colonial charm while the interior has been refurbished recently. There are 5 rooms - 3 in the main building, 2 in the annex. What mars an otherwise pleasant stay is that not enough care was given to providing guests with a positive experience. The necessities provided are the barest I've ever seen, and this for a bungalow that costs close to RM1,000 for a night stay. First, this is a non-cooking bungalow (you will find more amenities in an apartment for a third of the price) - no stove, no pots, no pans, no cutlery, no chopping board, no microwave. A plastic kettle was provided, but there are no cups (I wonder if previous guests drank right out from the kettle). There is soap, but no shampoo or extra toilet roll. You will also not find any hair dryer, wifi or a working tv remote control. Previous reviews have been enormously useful in highlighting the mosquito issue - do open windows only if there is netting attached. The bungalow is a truly beautiful relic from the past - hopefully the management is able to subscribe to a higher hospitality standard.

So, our unit was A1332: which means it’s in Block A13, 3rd floor, 2nd unit (this one’s on the left) 1. Location of the unit is superb in my opinion; - great view - middle floor (so we didn’t have to climb / go down extra floor(s) - corner unit - unit besides this one was empty (like, not in the condition to be rented whatsoever), so it was quiet - parking’s a bit subjective though; sometimes you get one near your unit, sometimes you don’t, coz visitors can only park in the yellow parking bays 2. The insides were great as well - Plenty of towels, maybe like 8 or 10 towels in total. - Kitchen utensils that we had were cutlery, oven, microwave, water heater, big fridge, wok, jug, and other stuffs - Except for the kitchen, toilets, and balcony, it’s carpeted. So it may or may not be to your liking – we were OK with it. - TV had free ASTRO channels, including TVIQ and that 617 channel for kids - Beds were comfy, cabinets are big, lots of hangers, sofas tables chairs were all in good conditions, electrical appliances work – all good 3. No, no free wifi. Hahaha =D but my UMobile works really well in this unit and around this resort. 4. Loved this unit, but will definitely try other units if the rates are similar or cheaper =) especially if there’s availability in blocks A15 or A14 ***the air purifier in the master bedroom is mine, not the unit's =D

I stayed a night here and booked via Booking.com for my partner’s birthday getaway from the busy life in Kuala Lumpur. We was welcomed by the receptionist there and gave our rooms keys and wifi passwords. We are the only once occupying the property that night. It was silent and peaceful, just what we needed. Upon arrival, there was a warm gesture of a sliced cake and a candles with birthday wishes. I would thank the team and appreciate it. Overall stay was fine but can be better. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. See attached. Couple of things needs improvement such as below. 1. Safety We went out to sight see and came back late at night, the main door to the entrance is unlocked and basically anyone could come into the property. No security guards, no one at the lobby and it was pitch dark. 2. Lack of amenities Surroundings needs improvement. You need to drive out to get a yourself a shampoo for example in order for me brief exact amenities. There are no places to eat nearby. TV channels only showing 2-3 shows. News, sports and boring dramas. Thanks to my smartphone and Netflix for that that kept us accompanied with some entertainment. 3. Hygiene Torn wallpaper, dusty carpets, cockroach upon arrival and we had to ask for a spray and sprayed on our own in order to kill it. Weird bath tub arrangement, dirty shower curtain. 4. Hospitality Lack of customer service engagement and empathy. Most above all, great bungalow but poorly managed. Please don’t fall for cheaper accommodation. Spend a little more and enjoy the benefits and service. Will definitely return to Fraser Hills but not with the same property. Management needs to look into it. Refurbish it, improve what necessary and I am sure your establishment will take you to a greater height of success. Good luck and all the best. Semper Fi, Sanjit Dhillon

Stayed here for 2 nights, the website says it is an apartment and comes with living room, kitchen, and two rooms. Was disappointed to find out there was no kitchen and the TV only had TV1, TV2, and TV3 (basic channels). The location was 15 minutes away from tourist spot and the drive up was tiring. Service at the reception was bad as we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to attend us even though there were no other customer. The worst thing that happened was the bathroom sink broke and injured one of our friends, to which the management did not apologize or take responsibility. No refund whatsoever. In short, we were all very disappointed with the safety and maintenance of the place. Will not recommend this place to others.
