Reviewed By MsKizzyTo start, the customer service just warmed my heart. Every single employee we came in contact with from the ladies at the front desk to the breakfast buffet staff. Rooms were super clean and spacious. Our beds were so comfortable that we almost overslept. The food at the included breakfast buffet was actually delicious. My favorite was the biscuits and gravy. There was bacon, omelets and array of other items including cereal and fruit. When I’m in Altus again, I will definitely stay at this Holiday Inn.

Reviewed By Lou DHave been using this hotel since they opened. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel is starting to show it's age, but is well maintained. The pool is currently closed for repairs. Full breakfast isn't being served, but take-out boxes are available. Tammy at the front desk is especially helpful. Plenty of nearby restaurants and Walmart within 2 miles.

There's a picnic table, trees, birds, etc. Parking lot could use better lighting, but then guests would prob complain about too much light coming in rooms. Some rooms don't face parking area. Bottom floor fills up quicker than 2nd floor, as expected. Staff very nice.

Front desk agent replaced fridge within 10 mins of me informing him that it was freezing my food even after I turned it up in temp. Cons: Room was 86 degrees upon arrival. Lobby and hallway were 80 degrees upon arrival & it was 55 degrees outside. No elevator. Overpriced for the outdated facility it is. Both sets of washer and dryer were not coin operated & they were “out of order”. Fridge kept freezing my food - didn’t matter if I set it on #1 or #7. Carpets stained in room - needed shampooed.

The service was better then than now. Would not stay ever again or recommend if the service desk stays as it is currently.

Features include a heated indoor pool and Hot Tub, a Conference Room, and WiFi in all guest rooms. Rooms at Regency Inn and Suites of Altus are furnished with a desk and have a dining area. They are equipped with a refrigerator, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome at Regency Inn and Suites with a fee. The Hotel is Under New Management and The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day and complimentary coffee is served in the lobby every morning. The Hotel also boasts Coin Laundry, a Spacious Conference Room, Fax and Copy Services are also available upon Request. Quartz Mountain State Park is 20 miles from Regency Inn and Suites. The Great Plains State Park is 30 miles away. New & Exciting things are happening at The Regency!
Worst hotel ever
Reviewed By jamesond422The reviews are really bad for the Altus OK Econo lodge but I decided to give it a chance. The outside and front lobby are nice besides landscape not taken care of. This is a huge hotel with not one guest when we checked in. We checked in and went to the room. As soon as you walk in the hotel there is a musty smell and the carpets are horribly stained. The room has the same smell and horribly stained carpet. The room has Ancient A/C microwave and refrigerator. The window is bad fitting and filthy as well as curtains. The comforter is old and threadbare as we pulled the comforter down the sheets had a gritty maybe sand on them. We wiped them off wondering if they were even changed from last guest. The bathroom is even worse, smells and was dirty with stained ring in toilet. The shower tile wall is sinking down. I touched the tiles and you can feel the whole wall move. The final straw was the towels are horribly stained and smell dirty. The whole room overall was dirty. I used my points for two nights but stayed only one. The only reason we stayed one night was because we came back very late from my wife’s fathers viewing. I stay at hotels every week due to my job and have never experienced a worse hotel in 47 years. I highly recommend staying at another hotel. This hotel has great potential but is extremely run down and will take a massive Renovation.

Each serves different styles of cuisines that hungry guests can head to for a quick bite.
Great value & Caring Management
Reviewed By XarinethI had an extended stay here for an assignment on the nearby AFB. I was genuinely satisfied with the quality for the price I paid. The room had everything I expected: a clean bed, hot shower, microwave & fridge, a desk, and even a recliner in single king rooms. Wi-fi was also available at no additional charge. This inn does show its age, but there is new management as of October 2021. The new manager is working hard to get the place cleaned up & repaired and that effort shows.
