Stop by our winery in Geneva, NY in the beautiful Finger Lakes region to experience our whimsical and eclectic atmosphere housed in a historic 200 year-old barn. Lacey Magruder Winery is a vibrant integration of talents, skills, and backgrounds dedicated to the wine- making process. We eagerly look forward to serving you our selection of wines on your next visit. We have the following wines: Bad Monkey Mix (60% Cabernet Franc & 40% Blaufrankisch), Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Blaufrankisch, Chardonnay, Lot No 1 Cuvee, Riesling, Sweet Lacey, Niagara, & Blush. We are temporarily closed.
We went to several wineries in search of good red wine. This one was the best for their Merlot and Cabernet. And loved the Chardonnay as well (oak and butter..yum). And then there is the location and the owners. Very gracious owners. Beautiful old barn. We wish we had just stayed there and had a picnic. Next time.

During a night's stopover in Geneva, we came across Lake Drum Brewing, looking for a pre meal drink. This is a funky little place! Cool interior with a mix of tables, chairs and interesting junk to look at! There's also an on site micro brewery in the corner which you can see through to behind glass. So of course, there are plenty of local brews to choose from!, including ales, stouts, porters and cider. There's a great chatty vibe and it wasn't long before we got chatting to locals and the owner. The other great thing is the shelves full of vinyl! Just have a browse through, pick something out and you'll have it put on the turntable for you!

This former Texaco Gas Station was built in 1922. Years later, the service bays were added until the Gas Station closed down in the 1970's. The city of Geneva then acquired the property. In 2003, Sampson Glass, an auto glass repair shop, occupied the building and two years later, in 2005, the Greyhound Bus Station took residence. In 2013, the current owners, Donna and Bob Stivers had the building renovated and created the Lake Street Station Winery. They kept the old Texaco theme, a place where you can still Fill Er' Up, but it's going into glasses, not gas tanks. Lake Street Station Winery opened Memorial Day Weekend 2013 off of Routes 5&20. The winery is walkable from downtown Geneva, as well as the Rose Lummis Tour Boat, Hampton Inn and Ramada Inn. There are always two sides to every story... On one side of our building we have a full cocktail bar, cafe and gift shop with beer and wine making supplies. On the other side we have a full liquor store with very competitive prices and sell our signature wines. We also sell wines from 3 Brothers Wineries and Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards. Our wine tastings are $5.00! With the ability to taste additional wines for $1 Live Music Every Friday & Saturday 6-9pm June-November Outside on Our Patio with A Gorgeous View of Seneca Lake (weather permitting.) How do we make our wine? We partnered up with Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards and 3 Brothers Wineries to help produce our wines with their grapes and facilities with our very own recipes! Reservations are not required, but appreciated for groups of 10 or more. We also host private events, business luncheons, and celebrations of many kinds. Gift Shop space is available for artists & vendors.

Me and my wife stopped in to give it a try if you weeks ago. We both loved how they kept some of the old theater design to show the old history of what it used to be. We got two flights of beer to try a pizza the garbage plate and a burger everything was amazing. So if you’re looking for a good place to go to have some delicious beer and fun times this is the place to go good people good food good drinks. This is a new date spot me personally I am not a beer person but when it comes to this beer is super smooth and delicious everything that I tried was amazing and you can see right where they make it in the back.

The Finger Lakes Welcome Center's theme, "Wine and Water," pays tribute to the region's famous vineyards and namesake lakes. The Taste NY Market at the Welcome Center offers hot & cold lunch options of seasonal soups, sandwiches, and a kids menu, all made from fresh ingredients and products grown and produced by local farmers. The Market also offers New York State-made wine, beer, cider, spirits, grab-and-go snacks and gifts. Tourism is at the core of the Welcome Center, with multiple interactive I LOVE NEW YORK kiosks positioned throughout. A playground featuring grape vines for climbing and a model paddle wheel boat will allow the kids to burn off some energy, while adults can relax on a deck overlooking the lake enjoying a craft beverage. Additional amenities include rest rooms, ATM, vending machines, and a community meeting room.
Beautiful facility with knowledgeable staff. A must stop for visitors. Very helpful information provided for our visit.

We enjoyed a wonderful tasting at this winery in a castle overlooking beautiful Seneca Lake. The wines were surprisingly good. The finger lakes wineries have come a long way. The tasting room matched the charm of the castle with a very nice gift shop. We have to give a special shout out to Lori (Laurie?) who went out of her way to give us excellent service and patience while we asked a multitude of questions about each wine we tried. Thanks for making our tasting experience very special Lori!
