Wonderful tour by a knowledgeable guide before the castle tour! He had obviously done his research and was able to add more, and more historically accurate, details. Lots of "fun" facts, too (I had no idea what BMW stood for or why the logo looks looks like it does. I do now!). He knows all the best spots for pictures and the best times to get them in before the next tour groups arrive. Skipping the line for the castle tour tickets was a real plus. Highly recommend!

I STRONGLY recommend that before you part with the considerable cost of this tour you purchase and read Katrinas novel (Good Trash Vol 1, KC Blackbook on Amazon). The content of this book will tell you everything you need to know before embarking on the tour. The 3 stars review reflects the fact that many of the tour attractions were closed which was not always Katrinas fault.

The perfect tour for foodies and beer lovers! Believe it or not, Munich's beer culture has evolved since the 1500s, and so our Beer and Street Food Tour is for people who want to also experience the modern side of Munich. Beginning in the heart of Munich’s Marienplatz, we take a short walk to our first stop. Here we will sample one of Munich’s 'younger' beers (500ml) from the 19th century. Take in the cozy ambience of a typical Bavarian Wirtshaus, and savour some traditional local pub fare too. We continue through the streets of the old city to the bustling Platzl. Let us show you how the locals really embrace the night - drinking a bottled-beer and eating street food! No paper-bag necessary - drinking in public is a right in Germany! We take a quick stop to gawk at the world-famous Hofbrauhaus and then move onto dessert. Grab an ice cream cone to-go from the shop of a local Michelin-star chef as we continue our night tour of the city to our final beer destination.

Inclusions: 3x 500ml beer, Snacks, Dinner

Exclusions: Tips/Gratuities
