Wine, olive oil, nature. Our story began in the 1990s when we started off our own family cultivation of olives and grapes for our own needs. We have since moved to organic and biodynamic farming. Here you'll find natural istrian malvasia and merlot wines, extra virgin olive oil (leccino, bianchera, pendolino) from hand picked olives, our tiny Ouessant sheep, chickens, dogs and cats
Mr. Šuran was a true host. He welcomed us in his home and and it felt more like we were friends in a visit rather then guests attending a vine tasting. The olive oil, the vine and sorroundigs were exquisite. Moreover, during our stay, we recieved profound knowledge on vine, nature and how to preserve it. This was a uniqe experience that we will most certainly repeat.

Enjoy a fresh homemade natural ice tea in the morning in the shade of the colorful umbrellas or a strong and tasty house cocktail in the evening when the terrace is in natural shade from the surrounding buildings. Great service. A true gem if you're looking for a place in the heart of the city but with no crowds kicking your elbows as they're walking by.

Without reservation we walked into this little farm with a beautiful Terrace beneath the kiwi trees. The hostess was welcoming and nice, and presented the place and wine with great charm. We tasted three wines for 50 kuna per person, and all are good. You can also taste olive oil, goat cheese, donkey milk or donkey sausage (occasionally). We enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to anyone who likes wine and the Charm of rural Croatia mixed with Italy.

The Mediterranean diet is not just recipes and ingredients, it is a way of life. Participate in the classes and experience the everyday life of the locals. Be delighted by the authentic ambience and the kitchen that offers unique sea view, the series of chef Sergio Ferarra's tips and stories and the shared enjoyment of prepared meals, which is actually the essence of the Mediterranean way of life.
Meet real hedonism in Istria. We organize private tours, wine and gastronomic tours, boat tours, etc.
