This is a private custom tour in a luxury SUV. I am a history buff and have been a private guide for over 12 years. I am certified by the State of Colorado for private driving and guiding for all my tours. I will not only show you the beautiful sites of the Colorado Mountains but I will also give you some of the sordid and salacious details of Estes Park's past. In the Rocky Mountain National Park we can go on small hikes to the Alluvial Fan and other sites such as Spaque Lake or Bear Lake. There are many wild animals to see such as Mule Deer, Elk, Moose and more. Estes Park is a great place to souvenier shop and stop for a bite to eat from one lof the local establishment that specialize in the local game and food. If the clients would rather go to Grand Lake then I can customize and take that route. This is a full day where you will see some of the most beautiful majestic sites that exists. We will drive along the longest higest road in America where you will witness these sites.

Next a walk and drive through Garden of the Gods where you will see many different colorful collections of sandstone rock formations.  There are many unique formations and many of the them have names such as the  Kissing Camels and the Cathedral Spires because the formations resemble such objects.   Continuing on, we will stop in the charming town of Manitou Springs for a quick bite to eat and a few minutes of window shopping. Futhermore, you may sample water from the natural outdoor delicious water fountains. From Maitou Springs we will drive up Pikes Peak Mountain to an elevation of 14,105 feet where we gaze over the mountain ranges and see why Katherine Lee Bates wrote the lyrics to America the Beautiful as she took in the sights from the summit of this gorgeous mountain. After a delightful day we head back.

Let's explore Denver and the scenic beauty of the Red Rocks Park along with several mining towns. Imagine that Denver was once not long ago full of Cowboys and Indians who roamed the mud filled streets of Denver. Now market street and Larimer Square (the area where Denver was founded) is now several blocks of swanky restaurants and boutique stores. Leaving Denver we ascend to over 6400 feet when we visit the Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater. In the park there are miles of hiking trails that are intertwined with sandstone cliffs. Rolling Stones had previously ranked Red Rocks the best musical venue in the United States. Onward, we will go up through several beautiful canyons past Evergreen and then upto Idaho Springs. From Idaho Springs we ascend to the old mining towns of Central City which once claimed to have the richest square mile in the world. .

The beautiful scenery in this area can be viewed by car or on foot. Trail Ridge Road is the most popular route among tourists and interestingly, it is North America's highest continuous paved roadway. If you are a wildlife enthusiast, you can also anticipate seeing a broad range of birds and animals in their natural habitat, as well as other unforgettable sites. On the way back we will stop by Stanley Hotel, famous for its inspiration of the book and movie “The Shining.

Mount Evans byway is 28 miles (45 km) in length and gains over 7,000 feet (2,100 m) of elevation. Achieving a final elevation of 14,130 feet (4,310 m), this is the highest paved road in North America. The road was originally planned by the Denver Mountain Parks system to link Summit Lake Park and Echo Lake Park to their lower altitude parks in the foothills. As originally planned, the road ran from Bergen Park near Evergreen to Echo Lake, and then to the summit, while the road from Echo Lake down into Chicago Creek Canyon was a secondary branch.
