Whistler Mountain Bike Park has something for every level of rider. Gentle, banked cruisers through the Coastal forest. Tight and twisty single track - perfect for intermediate riders. For the armour clad, full face wearing, 50lb. bike group there are steep rock faces, gnarly, root strewn lines, drop offs of all descriptions and more.
Excellent organisation of the lifts, very smooth operation. Brilliant variety of graded trails which you can work your way through. Good for experienced cyclists, but challenging for the absolute beginner. Worth hiring protective gear if you haven't taken yours. Check when the season starts and finishes before you go. Although it looked busy from the bottom, once on the hill you meet very few people. Worth checking out the various bike hire places for the best deals and booking in advance. Plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby too.

Whistler's new BMX track is located in Bayly Park in the Cheakamus Crossing neighbourhood and is open to the public from dawn to dusk. Led by the volunteer-based Whistler BMX Club, the track and club caters to a wide range of abilities, from preschoolers on run bikers to beginner riders to national level athletes.

What to say? Old growth forest, small lakes, trail system with excellent drainage so that it never gets muddy, even with all the rain we have here. Dog friendly areas and trail times. Whenever I walk or jog through the park, I'm reminded that the most relaxing colour is green.

A perfect destination on the Fraser River in New Westminster close to everything and yet so very far away. Open with terrific views of the mountains, river, bridges, trains, boats and so much more! Wide clean safe pathways suitable for Doggy walks, strollers or joggers. Benches are provided to offer a relaxed view of the river and it's activities. Easy access down to this SAFE river park with ample parking. A very quiet area with birds abound and open play grounds for the kids. Outdoor art adds to the joy of this venue.
