A professional and pleasant little coffeeshop with a nice atmosphere. The girl bud tenders were polite and professional, their pure pre rolls were decent and the coffee was good too. A hidden gem! I did see the girls professionally and courteously check ID’s of group of young brits which was kind of good to see. Hopefully this shop remains a hidden gem and relatively free from loutish tourists you see in so many of Amsterdams coffeeshops.

Proeflokaal Arendsnest serves nothing but beer from Dutch breweries. Dutch beer only! Everyday open from 12:00 AM
Cannot get enough of this superb bar. Enjoyed by tourists and locals, fabulous selection of Dutch beers to suit all tastes, friendly staff, will offer recommendations and tasters, selection of sausage and cheese to complement the beer, sit at a bar stool if one is free, and chat to a neighbour, will be back

Smallest coffee shop around, but good things come in small packages!! I’m never disappointed at grey area. The selection of bud is impeccable and the staff are so lovely and funny! A must visit if your in the dam to try a range of amazing bud! 10/10 x

This café has pleasant outdoor tables when the weather permits.
If you're looking for a cosy place for lunch or a snack that is away from the tourist spots and gives you a traditional experience of Amsterdam then this is the place. You can try the local croquettes 'bitterballen' which are moreish or you can go for a club sandwich, burger or traditional tapas. Great selection of drinks, overlooks the canal, and Peter was a very welcoming host who offered lots of insight into local must haves and was generally a bit of a hero. Food was very high quality, great value place, good ambiance, a hidden gem, check it out!

It was a really cute coffee shop, with one of the best strains I've tried in Amsterdam. Staff members were really pleasant and helpful. Atmosphere was really nice too. Hope to be back soon and I highly recommend!
