Every year thousands of hipsters, groupies, and die-hard fans flock to Austin for the annual South by Southwest festival, which has catapulted the Texas city up the must-visit charts for many travelers. The sandstone Capitol building is symbolic of the Lone Star State’s "bigger is better" mentality, featuring a gorgeous whispering gallery rotunda and 22 acres of grounds. Cool off with a dip in Barton Springs, a huge natural limestone pool that’s fed by underground sources.

One of the best selections of vintage Fender and Gibson electrics I have seen. They also have a few other brands, some acoustics, some pedals, large bass selection and a good sized collection of vintage amps. Also some non vintage but great quality used gear. Their inventory of electrics compares or exceeds the stores in Nashville or LA.. Yes, I have purchased from them and very satisfied with service and the time they allowed me (on an off for a few days actually) to demo and compare. Will return.

This place is amazing! I could spend hours looking at the objects packed into every nook and cranny of this place. The place is the perfect way to spend an day if you are even remotely interested in curios and antiques. There is truly something for everyone. The floor design and layout was perfect to keep a glow flow as you make your way through the maze of curios. The displays were set up with color schemes that provided an inviting feel and entertained the senses. Save up if you need to because you will want to leave with something to remember you time browsing through history and humor. Some of the prices were a little more than I had expected but I didn’t leave empty handed. We didn’t not have any spiritual encounters on this trip. I suspect that there were too many visitors. I will go on another day other than the weekend next time I am here.

I lived in Austin for fifteen years before I decided to come here to shop. I figured it would just be a bunch of overpriced doodads, but I was happily mistaken. I couldn't believe how much great stuff was here at bargain prices! There is vintage merchandise at all price points...high and low, but every time I go I load up on stuff that would be 2-10 times more at a vintage shop or other antique stores. I have to bring a rolling cart each time to hold all of my treasures. I almost hate to post this review....in some ways I'd like it to remain my secret bargain place, but I can't buy everything.......
