Very nice place ?...very clean and very neat rooms. the whole place very clean. good breakfast and pleasant staff. Chambres très propres et très soignées. tout l'endroit très propre. bon petit déjeuner et personnel agréable.

Nice camp with hot springs
Reviewed By JamboHouseThe first night I stayed in a bungalow what I booked but for the remaining nights I paid extra to sleep in a room. The bungalow is very basic and the bathroom is a shared one outside. The slightly more expensive rooms are really nice and self-contained. The highlight is the pool with hot springs. It's a great place to beat cold outside temperatures before breakfast or after dinner. Next to the camp there is a mountain with great views of sunset and sunrise. I totally enjoyed my stay. Nice food also.

Reviewed By Khaled YIt's a place that looks like the small huts in Sinai Camps like those in Dahab Nuweiba. It provides you with the minimal things needed for accommodation without any Luxury but at the best thing that everything is clean in which you feel like home.

Reviewed By ThomasH3792We stayed two nights. positive: - hot pool - lot of plants were you can relax under negative: - we were told the room were ready, but they weren't. No towels, no toilet paper, no tap water to flush the toilet etc. Through the time we stayed we had to tell the staff !!! 4 times !!! to turn the water back on. I'm sure there was a reason for it but this isn't acceptable for me. - the beds aren't really comfortable and we just had plain blankets with no cover. so it felt not good nor clean. - no toilet brush - the day we wanted to check out there were no staff around for hours to serve us breakfast nor to pay the bills. eventually some dude came in 30min before we left but we're done for at this point. - it's hard to communicate with the friendly staff because their english is very poor. Overall I wouldn't recommend anybody to stay there. The hot pool is great but service etc. no good... that's really sad because I think this place really has potential if the owner would care more.

Poor management and dirty place
Reviewed By Mohamed EThe apartments are so dirty with very old furniture. We faced a terrible experience as one of the employees gave priority access to some other guests ND insulted us and when we complained to the duty manager Mr. Assem he aplologized and said that he will investigate then he didn't care to follow with us the case for 3 days despite my daily calls to him, he was just postponing the case till we leave. I called him b4 my checkout and told him I'm disappointed of his action but he didn't even care. Sure I don't recommend this place to anyone with this poor management.
