Le Westin Resort & Spa, Tremblant, Quebec is an intimate four-season resort hotel located in the beautiful village of Mont Tremblant in Quebec, Canada.
We loved our stay at Le Westin! We had transferred over from another hotel further away who had promised a ski shuttle but upon arrival, said that was not the case. I'm so glad we ended up at Le Westin because the proximity was perfect for our kids. We loved being next to the cafe for breakfast and lunch, and really enjoyed dinner at one of the restaurants nearby. The ski lockers were so convenient for coming and going skiing, and the hotel room was spacious and quiet. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We did not want to leave.

Spacious and luxurious lodges nestled in the heart of the magnificent nature with a view of the huge Taureau reservoir. Let yourself be conquered by the warm atmosphere, a glass in your hand comfortably installed near the fireplace while admiring the landscape. This is the dream cottage for family or friends meetings and corporate events!
Quality below 4stars in terms of services and facilities First, what I'm writing is nothing against the staff-trying to do an amazing job...it seems more like staff shortages and some kind of mismanagement. Also, it seems that European expectations are far from the local deliveries. Location Amazing place. A lot of nature. Love it. Before arrival Lots of conversations with the Animation Booking Center. Mix up between what we have reserved Motor Neige; and fat bike, what they said we had reserved. The deposit was taken before arrival, without informing about it in advance in writing by email. They said it will be made on the day and place of the event/motorneige. Set a pressure, if you don’t give the deposit before hand we cancel the reservation.,,and other bla bla blub- We've booked a package (2 nights + 1/2 ski-doo). Despite this we needed to deal with 2 different departments (reception and animation booking centre). It took quite a lot of time, as many errors have occurred, and no one wanted to take responsibility for the situation. Room Tiny. Windows and patio door not operable. No tidying up. Small and poorly cleaned rooms. You hear every step, stairs, talk or even nose blow outside the room, inside the room. Staff The people who come from Europe, France, speak English and French perfectly, and have understood the principle of the customer king. Some others need training. The staff is overworked, hence making a lot of mistakes. The same waiter worked three days in a row! No wonder that he made mistakes. Facility Needs a curve. A few years already. Restaurants Chef Restaurant: Also, we were told on a call beforehand that we don't need to reserve, it was to reserve, so no chance to try. Bistro: the worst burger we have ever eaten. And that should normally be unable in the North America. Had the impression the patty it was not freshly prepared. The only good red wine by glass (a Sangioves) on the menu was out of stock, and the waiter twice brought wrong orders. (1st he forgot the burger and then kitchen was closed and 2ndly we ordered one small and one big tartar but got two times small tartar). Breakfast: far from what we expected for a night at CAD300. Orange juice from the tetra pack. Cappuccino goes extra and is average at all. 100 of people trying same time to crap breakfast. Didn’t work at all. A row of 20 people waiting for their Omelet. So can imagine how you smell afterwards when the air condition does now work proper. So, another shower after breakfast was necessary. Departure Deposits not fully refunded (we used two different cards) and lots of wrong explanations and discussions why. Finally, was solved, no excuse from the resp. Manager from the Animation Booking Centre. She tried to made us feeling we did something wrong to be here as a customer. Parking Surely it's not their responsibility, but another car scratches our side by opening the door. Overall, the lake and nature are beautiful, the motor neige is great, the trails are great, the pickup of ski du fond and motor neige really good….but we would not visit the accommodation a second time and would not recommend it cause of above mentioned points.

The Lodge de la Montagne offers modern comfort and amenities in a rustic mountain setting—freshly renovated! It is a perfect way for families and groups to unwind completely in easygoing style, and enjoy the natural splendour of the mountain.
There’s no noise insulation, it’s a total horror for a hyper-sensitive person like me. I had to wear earplugs and have a pillow over my head all night long. Will not come back again. The reception service was friendly and location exellent, however.

In addition to our rustic, yet modern rooms, we offer fine and casual dining at L’Ambroisie and St-Moritz, more than 10 000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space and an on-site, full-service spa. Let us treat you to the finest experience in the Laurentians.
We wanted to try the dinner buffet on a Saturday night. Meat options were fish, pork and braised beef. All of them were cold to my taste and fish was heavely overcooked. No fruits, although salad variety ok (not so fresh though), sink water, maxwell house coffee (or similar). For 35$ per adult you’d eat better at a Chinese buffet. I get it, it’s a buffet on top of a mountain. Still not worth it Drive 9min to Ste Adele and you’ll get something better. Not coming back

The Viking Resort and Marina is a new resort located in the village of Ste-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson in the magnificent Laurentian region. Unique and high-end destination, The Viking Resort and Marina offers the conveniences of a resort with the comfort, the advantages and the peace of mind of a cottage. Counting more than 40 units, our condos are unique, original and completely furnished. The Viking Resort and Marina also offers a gourmet restaurant, a marina, a gym, a body care center as well as a terrace equipped with a spa, with an exceptional view on the lake, and several other services.
We were at the Viking Resort between June 21st to 25th 2021. We had a clean condo with a view on the Lac Masson. It is very well located: one hour from Mont-Tremblant, 10 minutes from Sainte-Adèle, 15 from Val-David, 20 minutes from Saint-Sauveur and one hour from Montréal. It is very well located and you are very near from other sites to do all kinds of activities all year long, including golf, alpine skiing, trekking during the summer and the autumn, etc. The nature all around the place is gorgeous. We have many excellent restaurants there. It is a quiet place away from the over-crowded other places, so it is excellent if you need to relax. You can rent a boat if you have your boat driver’s licence.

This was honestly a terrible experience. Firstly, opposite to what is indicated on the website, this place is not freshly renovated. Most importantly though is the awful customer experience and management, with all my years of travel I have never seen this. With no online menu available, a great surprise when getting to the restaurant (only place to eat because this place is in the middle of nowhere) is that it is outrageously overpriced. The cheapest entrée is a 26$ pesto pasta dish. With a reservation, we still had to wait 40 min, without anyone ever acknowledging us, except to tell us to move to the side. The waitresses straight up had no respect for the customers. When wanting to talk to the manager, no one would care to come see us. When finally catching the owner, we tell him we had a terrible experience at his restaurant, and all he says is that next time we should tell the waitress that we know him! Not ever apologizing. Next morning, while at the lobby, I hear the front desk agent telling customers at checkout that they will get a free one-night stay since they went to the restaurant the night before (and probably also had a terrible experience!). When we checkout hours later, she never mentions this free stay. I have to tell her I heard her say this to previous customers, and only then does she take my email and tell me I will receive "more details" throughout the week. DO NOT recommend, management is too awful and unprofessional, it will certainly stain your stay.

Second time staying at Cap Tremblant, Our stay was Feb 14, 2022. The condos are decent but some Amenities that brought us here in the first place were not available and were not advised of these at time of booking. There are no pools/sauna open at all, they were all closed for renovations . There was also no shuttle service to the ski hill. This is not what is one their website and we were provided a shuttle schedule when we checked in on Monday. For 4 people in a unit there was one roll of toilet paper, mostly empty box of Kleenex, no paper towel in kitchen. Dirty dishes in dishwasher(after being washed). Dishwasher didn’t clean lightly soiled dishes. There are two bathroom fans and neither work. We will be staying somewhere else next time
