Absolutely love this amazing complex
Reviewed By Paul_PhelanWhat a beautiful hotel from the moment you walk up the steps to the main lobby you are greeted by a stunning tropical landscape that surrounds this stunning complex. As much as I love this place I do feel I must only give it a 4 star rating as the room's feel quite outdated & the bed itself feels like you are sleeping on a slab of plywood. One recommendation for this hotel is if you are tall like me(6'1") spring for the larger 1.8M bed, as the regular room only provides a 1.5M. Please see attached photos.

Reviewed By BritinChina19632nd stay at this room in 1608 that overlooked the local river for Chinese Spring Festival Jan 2017. Lobby and entrance clean as ever. Room rate little less than expected at 670 rmb per night inc breakfast, that is very Chinese in style, but not good choices. Local soup Noodle Fentang is good though. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only Chinese TV channels. Had to turn the mattress over to a softer side as it was way to hard Outdoor pool still good but no sunloungers. Recommended if in the area

More of a retirement village than a resort
Reviewed By davidchooStayed for a night and couldn't not forget the bad experience. It does not offer you any amenity just a room to sleep. Want to play basketball.. Bring your own ball. The swimming pool and tennis court were badly maintained and the breakfast were just plain porridge, steamed sweet potatoes and hard boiled eggs so don't raise your expectation.

Reviewed By Richard KThe hotel is across the river from all of the city life, but it is little money to ride the taxi into the business area. The hotel has nice, clean rooms. The air condition in our room did not cool below 24 C. Also, if you do not get the breakfast in your room rate, it will cost 28 RMB, per person.

Reviewed By 花花_ping五指山能有这种星级酒店真是好，我是过去旅游的，住了一星期，房子挺大，挺干净，特别喜欢他们走廊的装修，很有宫殿富贵的感觉，让客人觉得自己得到了很好的尊重和身份地位。就是楼下是KTV，所以部分位置的房间会有杂音吵得不能睡觉，服务员很轻的服务真的挺好。

让人惊喜的酒店
Reviewed By 63755389由于想爬五指山，所以选择了离山非常近的这家酒店，预订的时候说送门票，到了才知道，酒店已经在景区里，根本用不上所谓的门票，由于到的比较晚，酒店内已经没有停车位了，只好把车停在半坡上的临时停车场里，由于提着行李，走到大堂很不方便，酒店的设计还是可以的，西餐厅吃早餐的人很多，比较嘈杂，中餐厅倒是让人觉得舒服，五指山野菜，小黄牛，蚂蚁鸡都值得试一试，预订的是别墅房，房型还是不错的，有个独立的泡池，可以看到外面的景色，那感觉很棒。酒店住着还是很舒服的，想去五指山的人可以试一试

Reviewed By 慢慢陪你酒店位置算是在当地还比较中心的地方，但是酒店门面指示不是很清楚，感觉不是太好找的样子。工作人员办理退房很慢，各种查房很麻烦。房间小，通风一般，有点潮湿，舒适度不算太好。
