Good mid range hotel without any frills
Reviewed By AnubhaGThe central location and a good airy large room with a modern bathroom with great showers is the best part about this hotel. Do not expect any good service from this hotel. The food is average and served cold often. The service staff are new and need more training. The car park area is small so parking an SUV can be an issue.

Yes, during my visits to so many places in INDIA, I had the opportunity to stay at many places. But very few places I found which became memorable for my whole life. “SPOORTI Resort & Club” is one of them. The whole team of management are exceptionally good & humble. Without the amazing food no stay can be memorable and this was made possible only due to Mr. “Ratnakar Patil” the F&B Manager. His dedication, expertise & experience, along with his team Bunty, Lalit and others, who are working hard behind the curtain for your satisfaction. Me and my wife decided to go with our daughter’s selection and booked Deluxe King Room in this resort for our 2 nights stay at the historical place Bijapur (Vijayapura), Karnataka. Our memory starts with our first step into the resort, right from the reception which is exceptionally handled by Mr. Chidanand. His smiley face, humble approach and warm welcome is sufficient to impress any guest. The resort is constructed beautifully with full of amenities. Bowling Alley, Swimming Pool, Badminton Court, Billiards, Children Play Area, Indoor Games for Children and even Car Dash. So, there is no chance for your children to get bored. The Rooms are spacious and well maintained with balcony. If you are visiting the resort on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you can enjoy your dinner in the lawn area with live music show.

Reviewed By AbolikurThe hotel was good, but the service was pathetic. Even drinking water was not provided by hotel. Ac was not working. No common sense seen in staff. The staff was very arrogant and rigid. Bathroom accessories like shower cap, shampoo, moisturizer was not provided.
