Situated on the A3306 Lands End to St Ives road, one of Cornwall's most picturesque drives. Imposing granite building overlooking the main square. Rooms in main building or overlooking the garden. Ideal centre for walking, climbing, touring, bird watching, water sports and beaches.
Me and my girlfriend came west from London, lovely day, watched the sunset, came to the hotel, checked in all good. No complaints so far. But the next day we were rushed out by a hard knock on the door. We happened to have missed the checks out time on the email of confirmation, and it made the hotel attendees feel that it’s right to wait outside our door until we left, and made sure we paid the £30 extra charge. We left half hour after the check out time. Our door have been knocked 3 times. We literally got chased out. I have never had a worse stay. ?

Had a great stay here, 20 minute walk into town, easy access to coastal path We went into town for dinner, and explored the coast paths during the day Covid protocols were a little OTT, but to be frank it better to err on the side of caution Definitely recommended

Arrived after a long drive and Craig came over to greet us. Gave us a sheet full of walks and over points of interest. Immediately felt welcome at this site. Caravan was spotless and site very well maintained throughout. Pool table was faulty but again things happen did not affect overall enjoyment. Felt very safe for children to play as play area is located central to the site. Caravan was equipped with good size TV, all necessary kitchen equipment, iron, ironing board. We stayed in Atlantique caravan number 11, great gated decked area for our dog. Hoover's available in laundry room. Large washing machine and tumble also. No need to take detergent or conditioner as included in price for a wash (£4.50) and tumble was £2 for 40 mins and 20p per 10mins after. St just in very nearby with great choice or pubs and eateries, chippy, Chinese and pizza place. Tried all 3 and each was great Chinese was cash only for reference. Cash machine at co op nearby. Returning in August for 2 weeks for more of the same and to explore more of Cornwall. Great base and would recommend roselands to anyone wanting a great base, clean, tidy, friendly and good for young ones. Only gripe was lack of space for son to play football but you can't have it all. Kids being kids found over ways to have fun and he loved every minute of it. One last thing to add is that the prices are very very good and owners have not hiked prices like some other sites. A credit to them.

A unique B & B set in a historic, classic Cornish house . The B & B is set in one of only 2 Cornish towns in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The B & B is only 15 minutes walk from the South West coastal path . The rooms are spacious and comfortable with beautiful decor. The breakfast is sourced locally and cooked to individual requirements. There is a yoga and relaxation room as well as a pretty garden to relax in . The B & B is a very short walk from local cafes, pubs and hotels . It is in an stunning landscape and close to surfing beaches. There are many historical places of interest close by. The B & B has friendly staff who have a good knowledge of the local area. It is an ideal place to stay for a relaxing break .
The welcome we received on arrival was very warm and friendly. Felt like you were staying at a friends house, that's how friendly they are. Had booked a double room with bathroom, were told on arrival that we had been upgraded to an ensuite room (which was a lovely surprise). The room was absolutely stunning. The decor was beautiful. The breakfasts were healthy, which actually made a nice change. Homemade bread which was delicious. The owners would come and chat and recommend places to visit. There is no parking on the property but there is a free car park less than 5 minutes away. If you are in area I would highly recommend this B&B. Will definately book to stay here again.
