In the heart of the Langhe, few minutes from Alba and Barolo, Paolo&Chiara will welcome you at their small family run farm/winery. The farm overlooks a natural amphitheatre, perfect for grape growing. For guests: three double rooms and two studios with kitchen; indoor and outdoor areas for meetings, tastings and relaxation. Medieval castles, golfing, walking, biking… and famous wines and food of course. The sea, the mountains and historical centres only one hour by car.

Reviewed By Tembo01We havn't been here for some years but the moment we arrived, we remembered how much we missed the place... situated in the hilly region of Langhe this agritourismo is just fantastic: nice, clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast with products from the region and everyday a fresh homemade cake. In the afternoon you can enjoy an interesting wine tasting of Chiara's and Paolo's own wine or just sit in the garden and enjoy the amazing view with the company of their dogs and cats. Or do a lovely hike in wine yards, visit the romantic villages on the hilltops,... And in the evening you are always recommended a delicious restaurant in the area with typical local cusine. Thank you for making our stay a long lasting memory.

We were welcomed from minute one, and even though communication can be a bit difficult due to our language barrier, you could feel their friendliness beam through it. The view is gorgeous, the breakfast serves a different fresh cake every morning.

The cascina has be called Il Ginepro beccasse of the big Juniper tree crown close to' the houses.We offer our warm welcome with 4 lovely rooms, all equipped with bar rooms, derived from the restructurimg of the old barn.Families with children as well as troupe of friends will have fun and fine everything you need for a wonderful holyday.Pets Are welcome.We h ave special welcome for motorbikers.
The perfect week in Piedmont
Reviewed By Colin_kkeWe spent over a week at Lori and Marco's B&B and what a fantastic time we had. From the very first moment we turned up in our hire car to the time we left. Upon arrival Lori met us with local wine and food to share on a shaded patio in the grounds of the B&B. The accommodation could not have been better, there are four bedrooms and a shared room for relaxing and breakfast all were spotlessly clean. Marco & Lori were able to give us plenty of recommendations of where to visit and what to see. We were intending to use the B&B as a base for travelling far afield in the NW of Italy but ended up staying well within Piedmont visiting all of the local villages on a trail that Lori suggested. A must for anyone staying here is to try the family restaurants associated with the local vineyards they are superb as are the variety of wines produced in the area (don't go for the large wine producers, keep to the small family vineyards). So, we have fabulous accommodation, fabulous scenery, fabulous places to visit. What did we make of Marco & Lori? What a fantastic couple, they are so friendly, welcoming and helpful, we actually felt that we were staying at a friends house rather than a B&B. Marco's English is fantastic, probably better than mine :-). Lori kept apologising about hers, I do not know why as it too was really good. Added bonus, this place is biker friendly and Marco is a fellow Engineer. My wife and I spent time talking into the small hours with our hosts we felt so at home. Hopefully we will get back to Piedmont, if we do we'll definitely be knocking on Lori & Marco's door. Thank you both for a fabulous holiday.

We spent a wonderful evening and enjoyed a great diner with 7 courses of typical local food and wine which was prepared and served by family Manzone. It was perfect. I would go again and again! The price was 35 EUR per person including wine which is absolutely unbelievable. Also we came back to buy wine and hazelnut cream. I would highly recommend Agriturismo Le Arcate.

Rive it’s a sunny and romantic stone country house situated in a peacefully valley among uncontaminated woods and small vineyards situated in the Langhe hills famous for the production of the Barolo wine but also for the landscape and the castes Maurizio and Maria have recently restructured for activity of Bed and Breakfast inside the independent structure there are the guest’s rooms we have two double rooms with private bathroom and an apartment with kitchenette.

Reviewed By Petercostello7Maurizio and Maria were absolutely fantastic! I spent one day and night in their company. Upon arrival i was immediately invited for a lovely, lunch prepared by Maria. We talked about past adventures, culture and many interesting topics. In the afternoon i was shown the nearby hazelnut factory, Maurizio recommended a really stunning bike ride for me, and then Maria prepared a traditional Italian feast for the evening where we shared a bottle of wine, laughed and ate a lot! The B&B is in a really beautiful, peaceful location. The scenery is magical, the garden is an excellent place to relax and the house is a magnificent relic, renovated and well-kept. Would highly recommend treating yourself to a night or two at this B&B with the helpful company of Maurizio and Maria. Thanks again!

Stop here and take your time. Every room has private bathroom and balcony, some also have whirlpool-bathtub and private access. Fresh international breakfast with local products everyday, coffee from fancy big mokas. Huge terrace with beach chairs, hammock, BBQ. A brown grumpy goat and two big ears hound dogs take keep everything under control. Pet friendly, Kids friendly, Aliens friendly, Wine friendly :)
Four wonderful days in Piedmont
Reviewed By Kerstin WLa Buonora was recommended by my workmate. We spent four nights at Erika’s and Danieles place. The are both very creative people and love what they are doing. The rooms are designed with love and we felt very comfortable. Breakfast was super yummie, everyday different tartes, local cheese and meat. A great start in the day. The location is on the top of a hill above vineyards and hazelnut trees. Also they gave us very useful recommendations for diner, vine tasting and places to go! I highly recommend La Buonora for a perfect stay in Piedmont!!!
