Unfit for purpose
Reviewed By calistacallyhWe arrived late at night and were greeted in a friendly manner advised on breakfast times and told where our room was. The first thing as soon as we opened the door the the room was the stink!! Raw sewage is the only way I can describe it! As it was late at night we had not other option but to try and get some sleep. The bed was hard as nails and the pillows were like slabs of concrete. We had to leave the balcony doors open to try and disperse the smell. We went down to breakfast the following morning intending to ask to move rooms thinking it must just be a problem in this room. There were no plates or cups available and when my husband asked for some the chap rolled his eyes at him. The was supposed to be our honeymoon and we had paid extra for a sea view. At this point I was too upset by the whole thing so we checked out. I have to say the gent that checked us out was very apologetic but there was no offer of another room or any kind of compensation. I have attached pictures so you can see what they are expecting people to sleep in. Basic I can handle but this is a health hazard

The Hotel Club is situated in a wonderfull sicilian area, in front of the Eolian Islands, in a sunny place with a beautiful beach.Inside The Hotel Club there are 273 rooms (single, double, twin, triple or for 4)with bathrooms, all with private entries, with full board, or one room flats and two rooms flats with kitchen nook.
In need of refurbishment
Reviewed By Ludgarda SWe stayed the Easter weekend on a football camp. The resort is well located and has beautiful grounds - beautiful pool area and the view grand. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment, old taps in the bathroom, sometimes no hot water and rusty water in the kitchen. TV too small for the size of the room, plastic furniture in the room. The cleaning staff very helpful and obliging. We were on full board - all meals horrible - we ate out all the time after the first day. It is a big deal to organize a taxi from the reception to the next village and back. We were very disappointed. It is a pity because the place has such potential.

Breakfasts are amazing (with fruits and vegetables from their own garden), views are breathtaking, rooms are cozy and clean. Many thanks for our perfect stay!

Stanze fresche e pulitissime, poi Linda la titolare è gentilissima e sempre disponibile si ha come l’impressione di conoscerla da una vita, insomma sembra di stare a casa. La colazione poi è abbondante e squisita. Consigliatissimo

Reviewed By Roy2321Ho appena trascorso un week end in questa splendida struttura con la mia famiglia, in un appartamento sanificato e con tutti i confort, arredo moderno , tv, condizionatori, wi-fi, e con tutte le attenzioni in ragione alle nostre richieste anche da parte dei proprietari e necessarie per trascorrere una vacanza in pieno relax. Il mare e la spiaggia vicina sono incantevoli Merita cinque stelle anche per i tramonti con vista Isola Eolie .Sicuramente ci ritorneremo

Gli appartamenti sono ampi e ben puliti, dotati di stoviglie, aria condizionata, wi fi, asciugamani e lenzuola. Il proprietario, il signor Calogero si è dimostrato una persona alquanto disponibile e attenta alle esigenze del cliente. Ci ritornerei di sicuro!
