Very recomended!
Reviewed By majoc129The staff is very friendly and helpful. I lost my glasses there and I could recover them. The staff contacted me and sent them to Saigon. I am really grateful because they fixed a problem for me. Without glasses I can't see! In addition, the homestay is very clean and modern. It is very well decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet.

One of our best sellers in Phan Thiet! Located in Phan Thiet, Sam Son Phan Thiet Guest House offers beachfront accommodations 3.5 km from Phan Thiet Food Street and provides facilities like a garden.Complete with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and a hair dryer, all guest rooms at the guesthouse have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning.
A great guest house, but bad location
Reviewed By mariagG1459RHThe Guest House is a very charming, little house with a cute little garden with stone wall, flowers and sound of the waves. The room was very clean and nice with a feeling of luxury. The shower had both hot and cold water. The best part of being here is definitely the friendly staff, Mr. Nguyen. We were unlucky with our stay in Phnom Penh because of the corona virus. Everything was closed, the stores, the restaurants, beaches etc. And we felt that the cityzens didn’t want tourists, the ones we tried to communicate with didn’t speak english. But Mr. Nguyen was very kind and made us feel welcome. He was always available for any request and made lovely breakfast and lunch for us. He also found the only restaurant that was open, and ordered transport. However, the location was not what we expected. We were looking for Swimming and sunbathing. But it was a lot of garbage at the beach and in the sea and there were no place to buy drink or lunch at the beach.

Reviewed By Lê TP'House Hotel - Located in the Nguyen Gia Tu planning area, Phu Thuy ward, Phan Thiet city, this hotel opposite a small canal fall into the Phu Hai River, a quiet area. - Our trip was not so favorable when it is in the storm season. Rain throughout the day. This hotel has a spacious garden with nice car parking. Newly renovated rooms are spacious, clean and bright. - The service is not very professional. The agreement of motobike rental service with the customer is confirmed 2 times on internet thru website but when we arrived...they were forget, after 20 minutes dealing from Receptionist with Owner (or Sale Department, I didn't know), they offered 2 motobikes for us, but 1 motobike ran out of gas. It was ridiculous that we had to "walk" to the gas station. And yet, the receptionist gave us 4 wet helmets (I thought it was like an aquarium), LOL. I asked him if there was another helmet to replace? He answered NO, then returned to his beloved hammock to play the game on the phone. - Suitable for 1 night sleep. Also do not expect much service.
