Reviewed By ivov595This Villa is geared up two travelers and it is just perfect. This high standard of cleanliness you will not find anywhere else in Greece. Overall service is more then you would imagine thanks to Lynne and Peter who are, not just great people, but true professionals. We have spent a whole month in this serene village of Perdika and this beautiful villa and got much more then we have expected. If you are looking for rest from everyday life in big city ... this is the place for you. No night life, no loud music until 2am but a lot of good restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and, most of all, friendly people. And yes ... price is more then fair...

Perdika Mare is located at the south part of Aegina , in a distance of 9km from the port, at the traditional fish village of Perdika. It consist of 14 double rooms in 2 floors, fully equipped with sea or garden view. It is only 20m away from the sea and has access to a small rocky beach . The hotel has a limited hours reception , we are always at your disposal for your convenience. There is free WiFi in all public areas, luggage room, rent a car/bike services and transfer from/to port (with extra charge) upon request.
The Perfect Place To Find Serenity
Reviewed By RAYM310I just got back from a week on Aegina, where I spent 7 nights at the Perdika Mare Guesthouse. It was exactly what I needed - a quiet, clean place to stay with a very friendly and helpful manager. He helped me plan my week, helped me rent a car for two days and organized my visit to the hospital in Aegina for my PCR test. The room was not big but perfect for one person with an above average sized small fridge and a very nice sized terrace overlooking the sea. The room was exceptionally clean. The bathroom is small but the shower stall is bigger than most I've experienced in Greece. If you're looking for a base to explore the island or a place to just sit, watch and listen to the sea, this is the perfect place. There are 2 supermarkets and 2 bakeries a few minutes walk away and the village's restaurants are about a ten minute walk away. I highly recommend this place for a really peaceful getaway.

Reviewed By Anita KSmall, friendly, traditional hotel close to a good beach and local restaurants. Charming host who serves excellent breakfast in a shady picture postcard courtyard. Small bedroom but with easy access to a large roof terrace where you can enjoy an evening drink as you watch the sun go down over the picturesque fishing village.

ALVI Studios is placed in one of the most beautiful and traditional areas of Aegina, in the nice coastal village of Perdika. The complex ALVI Studios will win the favor of you from the first time, as it is an excellent choice for your lasting many days summer holidays. ALVI Studios is placed in the highest point of Perdika and from the rooms’ balconies you will see unveiling in front of you the calm beauty of the Saronic Gulf and also the little islands of unbelievable beauty, such as this of Moni’s and Metopi’s.

Attractive elegant room in an unspoilt fishing village; short walk to romantic harbour tavernas;hourly buses into Aegina or taxis. Georgiou speaks English and is honest and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great!! If rocky bays with ladder access are not your thing- walk off that breakfast to the sandy beaches in the direction of the main port; hourly buses or taxis into the livelier Aegina town.
