Reviewed By Jill DSuperb location right on sea front. Friendly service with lady in charge, presumably manageress, going out of her way to make us feel welcome. Food was excellent and good value, considering the quality. Would definitely return and would recommend you visit if in Penmarch/ St Guenole or St Pierre.

Reviewed By Samsung114Stayed here overnight and we would happily spend more time when we are next in the area The hotel is tucked away but easily accessible and literally on the seafront Very welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and the food is: REALLY GOOD!! They’re making the most of all that local seafood on offer by offering deliciously fresh cuisine from the sea..straight onto your plate Desserts are very good (we ordered 2 each!) and the breakfast is also very good.

Bed and breakfast, ideally situated on the port of Saint-Guenole in Finistere. This is the perfect place to enjoy the pleasures of Brittany, beach, marina, hiking, water sports and culinary specialties, everything is at your fingertips.
Not exactly what was expected
Reviewed By KarmHrI have a mixed feelings about this accomodation. When we arrived, the owner seemed surprised (or he was just playing to be surprised). After some talking (he does not speak English and my French is poor) he showed us a room. It was not what we booked and paid. We specifically asked for a twin room (two separate beds) but there was a double bed. Even more, the bathroom was across the corridor eventhough we booked a room with on-suite bathroom. Somehow we felt cheated and this left poor impression and bad feelings on our whole stay in the Le Trymen. Otherwise, the accomodation is new (or renovated), with style, comfortable, bathroom huge, wifi works great, parking is available, breakfast was fine, there was even the cleaning of the room during our stay. Where there not the problem with the room and the bathroom, the rating would be higher.
