Reviewed By mrz1181Being a biz trip traveller, the place let me down on the basics: internet (either slow or non-connectivity), amenities cleanliness esp. towel and toilet floor, shower (heater seems unstable, too hot) and not-so-good food (I don't need it to be super delish but at least, make it not too salty or kuih not too hard for example) On the positive, the location is very strategic i.e. close to RAPID, staff is well-trained and the room layout is just nice and cozy. They also incl. the dinner as complimentary to breakfast. Still ok for 1-2 nights stay. But will probably not repeat stay.

Hotel in the Indian area
Reviewed By Claudia BThe position is convenient for the metro, the shops and the commercial center. The area is not so clean, but have a Indian flavor . The hotel was under refurbishment and a little messy and noisy. The mattresses had the plastic around that make very uncomfortable to sleep. The showers had low water pressure and not hot water. Positive part: the WiFi is free and is working. The personnel is very kind and they spent time with us to explain the city and to help us with the organization. Sure it will be better when the works will be finished. Anyway we can rest in the night and had a pleasant stayed
