Reviewed By angelapalazzolo4We had a king suite with two beds and were only provided one pillow, and the pool was so packed we couldnt hardly swim (which was the reason for our visit) and I confirmed with the staff before we made reservation that they had hardly any reservations and that we wouldn't have any problems swimming. We also had to walk up to our room soaking wet because they wouldn't bring towels into the pool area.

Amazing Hotel!

The hotel is modern, meticulously clean, and has an amazing breakfast (again, everything was so clean - and delicious!) The manager appeared to be attending to the front desk while also working hard to keep up with maintaining the busy breakfast area. I travel a lot for work and wish every hotel was on par with this one. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Paper thin ceilings.
Reviewed By Cecil PWe were placed on the first floor which we thought would be great because when we had traveled the weekend before to a different city, we were on the second floor needing to use the elevator or stairs to get to our room. We thought it would be a nice change, a potentially cleaner easier option. Did not know the ceiling was made of paper. Could hear the room above toilet use, not pleasant. They also must have been working out in their room because they would jog across the floor and then run-in place for several steps then back across the floor for over an hour. Was certainly glad when they went to bed. Had several more nights on the road over the month and did not stay on the first floor again.

Reviewed By RobinskjFacility is nice despite false pretenses you are provided. Most inconsiderate management I have ever encountered. Prior to booking a family suite for 6 adults and two grandchildren, we reviewed our options closely and made several calls to clarify amenities. We knew we were traveling during Covid. Reserved this facility so we could be together as a family and enjoy the pool and Hot Tub as advertised. Upon arrival found our suite to have two queen beds and a half of a sofa sleeper. Try sleeping 8 persons in those accommodations. Had to make trips to the front desk for adequate linens. Discovered Hot Tub had been closed and filled with cement 2 years prior! To enjoy the pool, you had to secure reservations for the pool by the hour. Never informed - just asked to leave once we entered the pool with the grandchildren. We were then offered a time slot of 10:30-11:30 pm. Having two 2 year old grandchildren…..Seriously???? Hotel has over 200 rooms. Can’t imagine what their process of pool usage was. Despite calling and assured they had reinstated hot breakfast buffet, imagine standing in line to be handed a bagged breakfast. The one hotel employee heated and served each individual breakfast. We stood in line for over an hour. Shared concerns with hotel management in writing. No response received. Shared concerns with IHG corp, assured our concerns would be addressed. To this date, several months later, no response received. Very disappointing.

Last Minute Stay

The staff was very friendly, the gentleman at the front desk when checking in was nice enough to locate a luggage. The hotel is rather new and still looks great. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and quiet. Definitely would stay here again.

Reviewed By Mike KWe were in town for a weekend soccer tournament and we were really blown away at how nice the hotel was. it seemed like it was brand new. The decor was great, the front desk people were great, the hot breakfasts were nice and the rooms were very comfy and clean. They have a patio with fireplaces for relaxing. The location was great for us and the soccer fields. Thanks!
