Reviewed By M3992YQevawMy husband and I were passing through and decided to stay for the night. This hotel is very clean and comfortable. Our room was great. The bed was quite comfortable. Miss Phyllis, the breakfast lady, was super sweet and kept everything well stocked and clean. I am very picky when it comes to hotels and thus one went above my expectations. Would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed By Lisa5501Really liked the man who checked us in! He made us feel welcomed! His personality made you feel like you already knew him, although we didn't get his name, he was so friendly! Pros - great staff! Very clean inside and out. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast options (we enjoyed breakfast as well as the dining area). Lobby decorated pretty. Well maintenanced. Middle ground - as many hotels, you can see wear and tear in the corners of bathrooms, but the corners were clean. Cons - windows needed cleaned a little better, mostly outside. And that's trying to think of a con to write one. Definitely would stay there again. And recommend it.

I'm picky about certain things like the way a room smells. And I don't do bugs, at all! I don't have one single complaint nor gripe about our stay here. Super, super, friendly, polite gentleman working the Office during checkout this morning. I hadn't stayed here in the past so I have no previous knowledge other than this visit but the new management is doing a fantastic job!

Our pet-friendly Quality Inn hotel is a small road trip to all the attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We are also within minutes of Whitewater Rafting. There are several rivers, stream and lakes within a short distance to fish. We offer breakfast, coffee and friendly staff with smiles!! We are pet friendly for all those who has fur babies. Please call ahead to make sure we still have a pet-friendly room available. There is a small pet fee of $15 per night per pet maximum 2 pets per room. We are a non-smoking hotel. We offer King bed and double bed rooms We look forward to you choosing to stay with us at The Quality Inn in Newport, TN.

Reviewed By S1788GUrobertmThere was no heat in the lobby and surrounding area. Yes, a hotel with no heat in the lobby. The shower was broken and water would not stop running. Very dated and dingy hotel. Mold on the bath mat. If I had any choice I would have gone elsewhere. This place should not be open for business.

Reviewed By LeeInIndyHave been staying at this location since 2007. After 2 years of not visiting due to COVID, I was extremely disappointed on this visit. The lobby doesn't feel welcoming. You are instructed to push a "find" button on a telephone handset at the front desk. After several minutes of waiting, I was greeted by a gentleman who suddenly appeared from another room. One of our two rooms failed to have a working light upon entering a dark room. Another switch tried to turn on a malfunctioning light that continued to look as though an electrical fire was possible. In the poorly painted bathroom (you could actually see wide streaks of unpainted wall) the very loose toilet seat made you feel as if you were going to land on the floor. No drain stopper or plug was available for the sink. The second room had no electrical problems but did show signs of extreme wear. Hardly worth $115 for each room. Will consider other options next time I'm in the area.

Vickie, specifically, was so kind and welcoming and helped me personally with multiple requests. All the while, she was kind and welcoming! I truly enjoy staying here each month when I come to visit for work!
