Reviewed By Kim KThe lady running the place is very nice, I think she is also the owner! The room was very clean and huge with a small kitchen with full size fridge and microwave! They had HBO and Cinemax. It's a single story which we prefer. Not much to do in the town except for the two thrift stores which we really enjoyed checking out the antiques. Lots of non-chain restaurants to choose from, nothing fancy. Very friendly people. We would definitely stay here again! Oh and the laundry facility was free to use.

The Executive Inn and Suites is located in nice quiet location, next to a restaurant, and is also within easy walking distance to grocery stores. This motel provides the choice of one king bed, one queen bed or two double beds. Two room suites and kitchen units are also available. This motel offers fax services, truck parking and senior rates. Pets are welcome for a 10.00 USD nonrefundable pet fee. All the rooms include free WiFi and HiFi, in room coffee, microwaves and refrigerators, air conditioning, irons and ironing boards, hairdryers and remote controlled color TVs, Cable, HBO & ESPN, complimentary breakfast.

Reviewed By privateer56The hotel itself is a 60's vintage but it has been kept up nicely. I called them from the road when my GPS failed and I it was 10pm. They took the reservation over the phone and waited until I got there to charge my card. That was refreshingly respectful. they even helped me park my truck and trailer in a lot across the street. The room was dated but very clean and had everything every other economy motel would have. It was an efficiency type room that could hold a family of 5 with cooking ability. They only charged me the single price. The AC was so strong I had to switch over to heat for a bit but that was fine. The bed was great and I slept through the night fine. The managers were some of the most gracious and helpful people I have come across in 40 years of traveling. This was a business trip but my wife and I are planning a vacation to Oregon and if we are around Lakeview when we stop we will be staying with them.

Reviewed By judio793Really disappointed in our choice although I did read some of the reviews. Price was right, bed was comfortable, furniture and appliances rather new as was the flooring. However, baseboards and trim needed a paint job as well as the bathroom which had mildew on the wall. When you lay down in bed and look up at the ceiling you get to see the plumbing pipes. We will not stay here the next time we pass through Lakeview, OR. There were 2-3 other cars in the parking lot the next morning.

Terrible Customer Service & Rooms
Reviewed By j0elleenlWe called to cancel our room reservation by 9:30 am in the morning. They would not refund our money for the night. We were cancelling because we are fire fighters and are being moved to another location which is our of our control. The poor conditions of the room was shared with us from other federal fire fighters and bugs in the room. Very unforgiving manager under the circumstances.

Reviewed By Love HWhen I stayed at Oregon trail. The housekeeper, was very nice and told us about the town. Marvin did a good job. I would stay again. I will have to admit, the best western wasn't much better. If I had to rate the place. 1 out of 10. 10 being the best. I'd rate it a 7
