Reviewed By Ramachandra RWe enjoyed our long stay of 12 nights at this hotel. Most of the managers were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was average. There’s room for improvement. Location is excellent. Rooms are kept very clean and sanitizer.

Reviewed By surgtecheducatorOne of my best hotel stays! The beds and pillows were amazing! The facility was Very clean and smelled good. Great water pressure in showers. Love the floor guest sitting areas. The pool and jacuzzi was a perfect ending to lots of touring the area. Hotel was full but the sounds were at a minimum. T h e front desk was very welcoming and accomdating!! Loved the FULL breakfast items. I'm diabetic and it helps me stay on track with good options for breakfast! This will definitely be my go to everytime I pass this way!!! Keep up the good work!!

Reviewed By Kyle SClean, quiet, comfortable. Check-in was fast and efficient. The room was very quiet, despite the hotel's proximity to I-26. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast in the morning included a fantastic selection of hot and cold items. Highly recommend this hotel property.

Reviewed By 674brucetI stayed there over Christmas last year. Dec. 2021. Clean main room. Only one problem, I had a dog and had called and was given a price with dog. I even asked to have it emailed me. However when I arrived, the hotel added the dog charge on to the one I had previously paid. Plus there was a hole in the window and the hair dryer actually caused a fire. Management was so friendly and said they understood how I could be upset over the overcharge. Un fortunately no one did anything about it. we were so dog tired we could not go to another hotel. Followed up with manager who did nothing. even through i had a written bill with the lesser price. Be Ware

Nice, clean close hotel to Airport
Reviewed By ChrisGormleyI stayed here for a business meeting the following day in Asheville. It's tough to find, but they have a shuttle that picks you up from the airport, however, not sure if it runs after 9. The room was a solid Fairfield experience and service at the desk was solid. I asked to get the shuttle and the woman at front desk called and arranged it just for me.

Bring your own sheets!
Reviewed By marieP2047VGBed didn't have sheets. We asked for sheets and the front desk staff said they'd bring them by in 10 minutes. Half an hour later, we still had no sheets. We called the front desk again, and it turns out the lady left for the night and didn't tell her replacement we needed sheets. Her replacement couldn't even get into the laundry room for clean sheets so we couldn't get sheets until the morning.
