Reviewed By JLS862019Disappointing. The room smelt of smoke. The restaurant was not very good. We told that we could not have a gin and tonic because there was no tonic water. Later we found out there was. Also they run out some of the beers. Finally we were told we could not have steak because there was not any of this either. Not up to the normal standard.

Reviewed By kb5965Visited this hotel before, 2019 and thought it was OK. Arrived in May 2022 on a bank holiday. Reception closed. Stated it would open at 5pm. Waited about 2 hours till 5.15pm when no one came. Auto check in not working. There was a long queue and no one new what to do. Decided to leave and gave up.

very good price-quality ratio
Reviewed By Domi EThe room was clean, the bed comfortable, no noise or other nuisance; of course the room is small and the bathroom dates but it's an excellent price-qualiy ratio. Nice surprise: there is air-conditionning and it's functionning well and quietly. Just one attention point - make sure you book your breakfast in advance and pay attention to the hour; with Covid-19 around, restrictions apply and we were not able to book a breakfast on the spot at the desired hour. This does not influence my review, as it's not a free choice of the hotel.

Lots of hotels in this area but people MUST choose this one as it's very new just opened so everything is very modern and clean. Very organised hotel and they have thought of everything. Fantastic value. Made our stop off on a 20 hour journey actually quite nice because I enjoyed the hotel ! There was someone called samilla who was the sweetest lady you could imagine, I wanted to hug her! And thank you Veronique the manager for such nice emails re my travels.
