it is not a good choice
Reviewed By Nany MPlace needs a lot of improvement. Cold shower. Not clean toillet. The rooms are acceptable and clean.No breakfast provided.No staff in the place never.No information about the city or things to do.Someone just called in the middle of the night to collect the money.

Reviewed By Damir GBudget accommodation which is clean and has friendly stuff. Rooms are little bit outdated and we had no table and no wardrobe in the room so everything was in our suitcases and in some drawers. Breakfast is quite poor in variety and choices so it is advisable to have your own food (just one slice of cheese, salami, yogurt, juice, tee/coffee)

Ideal for travellers
Reviewed By VinetouWhen travelling across the Serra de Estrella we have overnight at Pousada de Juventude. Perfect location close to the top of Serra. Spacious and clean room with all what needed for a care free overnight. Friendly personnel. Dinner and breakfast (very basic) within expectations.OK, price could be slightly smaller, but still a very good overnight for the money.

Horrible place to stay
Reviewed By Venture273528Me and my wife went to Serra da estrela and stayed at this hotel. They served a dinner there and all the food was cold and when I complained the waiters answered it’s not my problem.. We were given two single beds and when asked for a double bed we were informed that we would have to pay more (the hotel was nearly empty). So it was a bad experience, bad food and no wish to become a better place from them.
