Open everyday, The Reef RV Park has 15amp, 30amp, and 50amp electric hook ups, water, and sewer on every site. Wifi through out the Park. 24hr Security. Office and mini mart open every day.
We just completed a stay on April 15th. The park itself is nicely located along the beach and we opted for an ocean front spot. It was worth the extra money. At $40 a night it is the way to go. The spaces are very large and you are not on top of your neighbor. There is an on site store that is adequate and not over priced. It is also next to a couple of restaurants, including Wrecked at the Reef. We visited there several times and enjoyed it. There are a couple things that detracted from our experience. Firstly, the restrooms and showers were closed. No big deal, but it would have been nice to have that option. The location is a $20 cab ride to the Melacon and without your own transportation it can get very pricey if you venture off property. There are apparently no restrictions on numbers of guests occupying a site. Space B4 had 4 vehicles plus an ATV and a small travel trailer. There were at least a dozen people staying there. That should not be condoned. The park also allows tents at sites and that gives it a very shabby appearance. Overall the park is ok and fairly priced. With a few tweaks it could be vastly improved.

This is by far the cleanest safest RV park in all of Rocky point. The views are perfect, the water is clean, the people are calm and the beach is pretty private. The mornings are gorgeous and the nights are the best as the water rises and the ocean waves get louder. The walk to the walker from the RV park is probably a 2 min walk depending how far the tide went down. Locals come by to sell their little things but aren't pushy at all and there isn't many. The RV park has security and he's always on it, no fireworks are allowed and they hold you to it. The water and power are great, we never have any issues. The rent is fairly priced and the neighbors are nice and welcoming. Dogs are welcome and kids are too. The only bummer is that theres no pool so most of your swimming will be done in the ocean. The neighboring hotel has a great restaurant with a gorgeous view and yummy food. Friday nights they have a live singer and the music is lovely.

My stay was for three weeks 8n February of 2022. I started coming to this RV 10 years ago before my life circumstances changed six years ago. For two years Canadians could not cross the USB ORDER due to covid. In 2021 I 2as able to return in a camperized Promaster van. Pierre man's the gate and doesn't let in anyone who doesn't belong. Edgar is the amazing owner and is (along with his very wonderful family) the life force of the place. It is dry camping 9n a first come first serve basis. There are spotlessly clean showers, bathrooms and wifi at the office. Edgar knows everyone for whatever you need, such as Doctor, veterinarian, any type of work or 8mprovement on your rig. He also stands by the people who he brings in to work for you. Long story short, I paid $250.00 to have bathroom work done. After several misadventures with the handyman, Edgar gor 8nvolved and tried to make it right with said person. His calls were ignored and believe me, I 2as shocked when Edgar reimbursed me for the shoddy work then send a new crew who did such an amazing job! I will be a lifetime client of the Concha del Mar and you will too! Angelina Dallinga Calgary, Alberta Canada

Greedy owner charges extra on debit card...just because. Terrible exchange rate. Staff is friendly but unresponsive. Park is loud not just because of the party places around but also the weekend guests are insanely loud til the morning. Management doesn't do anything about it. Money talks. "If you don't like it leave" Lawn mowing at 6:30... Driers don't work at the laundry room but still charges for the service. Water pressure is low and sometimes no water at all. Pool is unusable during the "colder months" owner is too cheap to heat it. If we had any problems that actually the park caused management turned it's back on us. No refunds!

We didn't need a hookup and got a nice place on the ocean with a spectacular view for 80 pesos per person. Friendly and helpful staff. Awesome residents. Lots of choices for food in town. Had slight problem with the water in the washrooms one night but it was resolved quickly. Our overnight stay quickly turned into 8.

We last visited this park 10 years ago while Fausto owned it and we thouroughly enjoyed it. Now,under the new ownership the transient RV spaces look abandoned. Service is nontexistent. It took us 3 days to catch someone in the office to register us. Next time we will stay at Kunkaak.

This beautiful RV Park is a block from the beach. It has beautiful vegetation and it is meticulously maintained. The park manager speaks English and is so helpful. There is a great clubhouse with a view of the ocean. Everything is very clean:laundry, restrooms, grounds. We feel very safe staying at Kunkaak and leave our trailer there year round. It is close to the boat ramp and the local Club Deportivo is across the street. You can't go wrong staying here.
