Located near the seaside resort of Gelee and twenty minutes from the beach Pointe-Sable Port-Salut, the hotel is built on an area of 1½ acre. We offer many amenities to meet the needs and tastes of our customers: luxurious & spacious rooms, conference rooms and reception areas, office space, pool and gardens, restaurant, disco bar, billiard room, boutique, beauty salon, exercise room and massage.
First of all I arrived at 12:30 am the lights were on for 2 hours before going out. The rooms are dirty with bugs everywhere, No television the receptionist were basically rude when it came to the hospitality. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else it's definitely not worth the money I spent. I feel like I was robbed! Stay away!

L’Auberge du Rayon Vert (the inn with green ray) is built with beautiful rocks from the countryside, facing the beautiful sandy beach of Port Salut, located in southern part of Haiti. From its arches, you can admire the magnificent sunsets. The refreshing shade of the gallery will allay the heat of lazing on the beach. You will certainly get the chance to see one evening, "the green ray!" …sipping away on cocktails of the hostel. Come enjoy the only European cuisine of the province in a warm and family environment.
This is an oceanfront hotel. I would like to start by saying this hotel does not receive enough credit at all it is absolutely beautiful! It is what I would describe as a country French style hotel. When we arrived the lady at the desk was ready and waiting for us and I loved that. The rooms were extremely clean! The hotel staff was wonderful. They also have a restaurant a few steps away and the food was nothing short of high class. The only thing I will say is there is no power during the day only at night. So 7pm-7am but to be honest It didn’t bother me because the breeze from the beach helped. I would love to stay there again.

During the popular Cayes Gelee Festival, we arrived to Villa Orphee to find that the owner had sold the rooms that we booked on booking.com to other people. We had driven for over 3 hours from Port-au-Prince and we were exhausted. Our group travelled there to work with a Hurricane Matthew affected community that requested us to come help them launch a poultry farm to restart their lives. Not only had we booked online, we actually called the property and spoke to them before booking confirmed the listed rate and explained why we were coming down. The representative confirmed everything. What was worse was how they handled it. Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility, they tried to shift blame and took us to a "sister property", a seedy place that looked like where human trafficking activities took place. When we refused that location, the owner then left us stranded. We were running around town calling our contacts to find someplace to stay. Given that it was Gelee week, rooms were scarce and rates had hiked up. We didn't find a place until about 9:30 and we payed for times what we were supposed to pay for our time there. I would recommend not listing this property on your site.
