Normally too crowded and too warm in the summer, the fall foliage makes the bike trip great in the fall, and certainly less boring. An easy trail, well maintained and easy to do with any bike. Limited attractions on the course

Elora Gorge is a nice place to visit. We went for a day trip, we went for all three trails, it’s amazing to see natural formations, very nice view of Gorge from top. Will do river tubing for sure next time, this time we were not prepared n didn’t have swimsuits with us. It has a nice splash pad n picnic area to enjoy.

Elora Quarry Conservation Area

Reviewed By modemhelp - Mississauga, Canada

Elora gorge usually gets the majority of the tourists and it’s beautiful, and fun.. but it’s cousin, elora quarry is a beautiful conservation area as well, with a beach and swimming in the quarry!! Imagine 100 foot cliffs on three sides of you, gorgeous. Usually the water is a gorgeous blue but it’s rained for days for it was a mid cloudy which is expected . The walk to the beach is five minutes and nice. The beach itself probably holds 300 people even though they say max capacity is 1300.. so get there early for a prime spot. Water is usually nice, it was a bit cool when we went after the rain which is expected . Washrooms and changerooms are essentially one room outhouses, warning you now!!! Good swimming , with a nice beach!! With absolutely gorgeous views in the old quarry! There is a reason the park is used in movies!!!
