I love riding the River Torrens Linear Park Trail. I often ride along this path all the way from Henley Beach to the start of the hills near Gorge Rd. It’s so picturesque along the river. Sometimes the path can be extremely busy with pedestrians, dogs, families, cyclists which is great to see. There are multiple spots for BBQ options & few water stations along the path. There are playgrounds and fitness parks along the way too.

Very well priced mini golf at $11 for adults. Guys on the counter were very friendly and welcoming. The course is well maintained and very challenging even for the skilled players. One of the hardest I've played on. Holes are very long with gradients, hills and obstacles. Can get frustrating but a lot of fun. Easy location and great parking not far from Glenelg, would recommend a visit here.

Beautiful quiet beach. Lovely sand and water, perfect for a swim or play in. Nice little cafe and pub otherwise only a 10 minute walk to the larger Henley Beach area which will provide more food options.

Great to visit particularly on a balmy Friday evening. There are about 12 different food stalls from various cultures all very reasonably priced at say $15-00. A very cosmopolitan / community feel to the area. With bars upstairs and down it is a great way to spend a couple of hours with plenty of room for kids and or dogs.

Walked through on Good Friday & it was a hive of activity with people walking their dogs, children riding through on scooters or playing in the water feature & families sitting on the wavy bench seats, it had a lovely warm welcoming feel & it was so uplifting so see families engage with their children in such a positive way, so very busy & a great feel good place. There are a multitude of restaurants & cafes nearby to cater for all tastes.

West Lakes Westfield has all your fashion, beauty and lifestyle needs in one luxurious shopping destination.
Even during the Covid restrictions, I went for weekly grocery shopping. I was so glad when they installed a sensor to eject a parking ticket when a car approaches.
