If you are in need of a relaxing massage, deep body work or healing from a previous injury Julieta is the person to see. I've had hundreds of massages and worked with some talented healers over the years but Jule has a gift beyond that which words can describe. I went to see her after a surfing injury that almost sent me home. After two sessions I was able to get back in the water with 90% reduction in pain. I will be returning to Costa Rica soon and my first stop will be Julieta's massage table.

Vajra Sol Yoga retreats and Sandra are fabulous! A combination of yoga, meditation, sound healing, and hiking, this Montana retreat at Dancing Spirit Ranch was a true sanctuary for the soul! The Ranch provided creative and wholesome cuisine that accommodated a variety of dietary preferences. Every meal was nutritious, plentiful, and delicious!! Lodging was luxurious! The location offered many opportunities to experience Glacier National Park and the surrounding area. Rafting, fishing, hiking, and horseback riding are easily accessible. All precautions to keep guests safe from COVID-19 were in place. The serenity of yoga/meditation practices at beautiful Dancing Spirit were restorative for the mind and body - a welcome respite from the 2020 pandemic. The relaxing environment, immersed in nature, refreshed my focus, energy, and resiliency! I highly recommend Sandra's retreats! She creates a connection between nature and your personal well-being. Pura Vida Surfers offers surf lessons for everyone. We teach paddling, standing up, dropping into waves and riding across them. All classes includes boards, rash guard, photos/videos, transportation and water+fruits. You can either take single classes or do our surf camp (5, 7, or 10 days of surfing). Pura Vida Surfers also has SUP Tours. The SUP tour is about 2-3 hour long. We paddle out to our platform, located in the middle of the ocean, where we have drinks and fruits and hang out. If the tour is scheduled in the afternoon we watch the sunset from there. Pura Vida Surfers also has Surf & Yoga retreats.

Beautiful beach for surfing and relaxing and watching sunset. We were here during dry season so no rain in sight. It did get pretty hot but on those days we just relaxed in the shade. Water was never cold and waves were always perfect.
