A Florida native, he is an award winning science teacher and an expert surfer, paddleboarder, kitesurfer and body boarder. A former PADI Master Scuba Diver trainer and boat captain, he has designed all of the courses for The Ocean Fandango based on similarities to diver training courses using a seven level step for better learning.

I also practice more extreme water sports such as wakeboarding, wake skating, wake surfing, wake kiting, and kite surfing. Even air chairs! Name a water sport and I’ve done it and then in turn taught it!
