The Wild Bushcraft Company provides fully immersive outdoor experiences like no other. Just imagine escaping deep into the woods for the weekend, sleeping under canvas, cooking over campfires and being completely absorbed in learning a new skill - be that fire lighting, knife making, bow-making or venison butchery. We are really big on food, and meat in particular. We are experts in deer stalking and offer the only course in the UK where you can learn how to butcher and cook your own venison - the popular Stalk to Fork experience. We can make the experience as fun and accessible as you want it to be - we cater for individuals, couples, families, stag and hen parties and corporate groups. You tell us what you want to get of your time with us and we will craft an experience you will never forget. We are based in North Wales but operate across the UK all year round.

The chapel’s plain exterior gives little hint of the riches within Religiously glorious in glorious technicolour. Never judge a chapel, or a church for that matter, by its exterior. Step inside 17th-century Rug Chapel and prepare to be wowed by its decorative flourishes. The displayed opening times are our general pattern. Please check the Cadw website for specific times and days, including closures.

You will find a memorable foodie experience when you visit Rhug Estate, one of the largest organic farms and farm shops in the UK. The Estate is easily accessible off the A5 in the beautiful and tranquil county of Denbighshire, near Corwen. Our Farm Shop provides an unmissable retail experience. Enjoy a meal that has traveled metres rather than miles in Cafe Rhug. If you don't have the time to visit our Cafe then our Takeaway is perfect for a homemade meal and if you don't have time to stop at all then we have our Drive Thru.
As we were passing on the way to and from our holiday destination, this was an ideal lunch stop. Due to current pandemic there are a few different options if you do not wish to sit inside, including a drive through. Weather was just about ok for sitting outside, or there was somewhere to sit just out of the weather if needed. The On The Hoof kiosk had a nice choice of food, we had a fantastic burger one day, and a lovely quiche on the way home. Excellent sweet potato fries too. Always lovely food, top quality and great service too.
