The First Baptist Church of Caguas was founded in 1900 with the purpose of proclaiming the Gospel, discipling and worshiping God, as well as developing social action programs in the community. Their mission is to create a space where God's name is glorified and disciples are free to grow, feeling and sharing God's love. The church is considered a lovely example of Romanesque Revival architecture.

The Town Hall of Caguas is a modern building that was recently re-built in 2010. Its old town hall was built on the year 1860. The building served as a school, jail, mental hospital and a refuge. It was declared a Federal Historic Monument in 1989 National Register of Historic Places. It has since served as the History Museum of Caguas. The new town hall was built with modern architecture and is used for administrative, municipal and other matters.

Caguas has a beautiful Plaza. Kids have a Carousel and they can get on it the times they want the best of all is Free. They have a big cage with birds. Nice trees and water fountains. At late afternoon they put kids' moves. Kids are riding bikes and having lots of fun. During the day you can take a walk to visit different museums. It has a track with numbers that indicate the different places you can visit and it's free. At the Plaza, you can have Bacalaitos, Fraapes, piraguas, good coffee and a lot more. Beato Carlos is from Caguas for the people that are catholic.

It is known that this cathedral was built prior to 1645, yet it was not considered a cathedral back then. In the 18th century, it was used for housing religious services and it was in 1775 that the chapel go its name. In the 19th century, it got expanded and throughout the 20th century, the cathedral got remodeled multiple times until it reached its present form. The church got promoted to cathedral in 1964 when the Roman Catholic Diocese of Caguas was created by Pope Paul VI. You can visit the beautiful cathedral and admire its antique architecture or enjoy a nice view of the cathedral while taking a walk through Plaza Santiago R. Palmer.
This monument is dedicated to the legacy of the politician, poet and Puerto Rico's first elected governor Luis Munoz Marin. The monument was inaugurated on 2000 and features the politician also known as the "Father of Modern Puerto Rico", and a child holding a newspaper. It is placed on a park and has benches where you can sit and relax surrounded by nature. The park includes free parking space and it is located at the Luis Munoz Marin Avenue.
The monument to the Taino heritage is a beautiful bronze sculpture of a Taina woman with extended arms in sign of welcoming visitors and residents. The sculpture was built in 2001 by artist Maria Elena Perales in hopes to create a tribute to the female and our heritage. It is located in the center of the north entrance of the city next to a fountain and the Damas bridge and has become an iconic symbol of the city.
This bronze monument, done by sculptor Alwin Rivera and inaugurated in 2008, is dedicated to the past mayor of Caguas, Miguel Hernandez Rodriguez, who, on his terms (1969 - 1972, then elected again on 1977 - 1980) was responsible for working on multiple projects for the town, such as founding the Idamaris Gardens Neighborhood, the acquisition of the Arcelay Theater, the construction of the Plaza del Mercado, as well as the creation of the Municipal Police, among others.
