"The Imp" is not your typical pub. It has a huge history and many bands have played the venue since the early 70's. In 2014 the entertainments room was overhauled to create a 300 capacity live music venue. We have since hosted shows for platinum selling national and international touring bands. We have received a number of awards, including being voted the UK's 3rd best small live music venue.

Came to Priory for a meal with my family and was greeted straight away by Megan who seated us and made us feel welcome. She took our drinks order and brought them over with barely any waiting time. We ordered food by using table service with Megan and although our requirements were quite picky nothing was too much trouble and she catered to everything we needed. Food came out fairly quick and was hot and tasted good and Megan came back to see if everything was okay with our meals and although we asked for more sauces etc nothing was too much trouble and she made our visit amazing. Brilliant and cheerful service, would definitely recommend.
