My father and I stayed there for more than 2 weeks and I felt safe and had every thing I needed including wonderful drivers and concierge , washing machine, full kitchen, incredible views of Gleem Bay. My ultimate thanks to the property owner Mr. Mahmoud and his lovely daughter Sara . I plan to return to Alexandria as soon as I am able and will definitely want to stay in same apartment which was truly a delight. Everyone should know about this lovely property looking out upon The Corniche of Alexandria. The city is nonstop and there is no place like it, in fact I already feel as if it is my 2nd home and words do not suffice to explain how beautiful Alexandria is .Zoe Jenks May 2022

The worst hotel i have seen in my life
Reviewed By 879saidiI give this hotel 1 star coz no less than that ,it's very dirty ,every thing is broken ,very rude staff ,wi fi work only in the lobby, the room is very noisy because balcony doors are broken and above all there is loos live electricity wire next your bed ,so if you don't get sick from the dirt very good chance to die from electrocutions i really don't know how this hotel is 3 stars i will never stay there again even for free (please see the pictures attached)

Reviewed By AhmedGTIthe Hotel had been renovated and rebranded and became Jewel San Stefano the hotel in Sea front and the rooms are good. breakfast is good and the over all service is nice they had a problem which is the elevators is not sufficient to the number of the guests

It's located conveniently in mid of the busy market street and only few meters away from the Nile corniche. I would recommend to stay at this place.

Reviewed By Mina Jالمميزات :المكان مجهز و نظيف و هو عباره عن شقق و ليس غرف ومكانه كويس لكن بعيد شويه عن اماكن المحلات للي بيحب الشراء و الريسبشن ناس محترمه و متعاونه العيوب : الناس اللي شغالين غير الريسبشن بيسوءوا سمعة المكان و ف يوم واحد حصل موقفين منهم اولا اول ما روحنا كنا عايزين نغير الشقه بواحده تانيه ف واحد من العاملين قالنا لا ده كل الشقق ساكنه و. مفيش ولا مكان فاضي غير ده و بعد ما نزلت الرسبشن غيرنا الشقه بسهوله و في اماكن متاحه و كل حاجه تمام ، "الكدب وحش " قول معرفش احسن. تاني موقف بعتنا نجيب ديلفري من مطعم ف المفروض واحد من العاملين بياخد الحاجه من الدليفري و يوصلها لينا و بيوصل الفلوس للدليفري بعد كده لان ممنوع حد من برا يدخل المكان .... ادينا ١٠ جنيه باشيش يوصلها تحت للديليفري راح واخد منهم ٥ جنيه ليه و ادا ٥ جنيه بس لبتاع الديلفري من نفسو كده مع اننا موصيينو ان ال١٠ كلها للديلفري لاننا كنا لسه مديين لعامل الفندق باشيش لما طلعنا الشقق اول ما جينا... وهو طبعا كان فاكرنا مش هنعرف لاكن احنا كنا قايلين للديلفري اننا هنبعتلك ١٠ زياده بقشيش ،، فطبعا كلمنا ف التلفون قالنا ان عامل الفندق مدانيش غير ٥ بس

Reviewed By Moataz SIt's very dirty and beds no clean at all and so noise and you can't be safe there I can't sleep right now because I afraid to stolen from any one here and I will to morning to move out of here and finally the stuff is no experience and unfriendly at all they told I must pay the full price before I see the room
