For the Taiga School balance between man and nature is very important. That is why we are working intensively on being self-sustainable. We make maximum the use of recycled, organic and local products and we grow our own products in greenhouses, with custom-made compost. We do not serve meat due to wanting to minimize our carbon footprint.
