Awful! We were just given the keys at the reception and had to find our rooms on our own. We walked into dirty rooms, even the bedding wasn’t done - no bedsheets, blankets! Staff was friendly, chef was amazing he paid attention to all our needs.

Luxurious, fully furnished and serviced rooms with 'bed only' or 'bed and breakfast' options. There are a total of 30 rooms all with king-sized beds. There are 6 deluxe suites that have room, DSTV, study table and two sofa beds. Accomodates a max of 4 guests. 24 standard rooms that accomodate a max of 2 guests and have DSTV, a fan and study table. Free access to internet in the hotel.
We spent our night on Friday at Africa Lodge on our way to Taita. The staff members are amazing with great service. I booked the deluxe room, I would recommend if the could have an AC in the deluxe too though Executive has AC. There is ample parking.

The Sagala Lodge is ideally located between Tsavo East and West National Parks. It comprises of 25 bungalows, 1 deluxe suite bungalow and one cottage, pool, restaurant, shop, bar, lounge and a 5000 acre private wildlife park. Bungalows can be rented short or long term.
Our experience staying at Sagala lodge in Dec 2021 was terrible. We're usually easy going but the series of broken toilets, faulty electric showers bringing electrical shocks, barking dogs, missing curtains was a bit too much. Three of our group members had bad food poisoning and others upset stomachs. We fed back to the manager who dismissed our claims and got very aggressive. This bad service may be due to the ongoing court case but is still not acceptable.

I have been staying at the Voi Lutheran Guesthouse for nearly 4 years and I would not think of staying anywhere else in Voi! In the fall of 2019, my group of 16 foreign students stayed in the shared rooms at the guesthouse and they absolutely loved their experience. We were able to reserve them rooms at an affordable rate and the staff at the hostel was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and separated by gender. Myself and my colleagues were provided ideal single ensuite rooms. Safety was never an issue and all the group's property was secure. The guesthouse is about a kilometer outside of the city of Voi, surrounded by large mountains and the legendary Tsavo national parks. Our students were writing their final proposals while staying here, and the guesthouse has the perfect conditions for brainstorming. The kitchen has good food and the chefs can cater to whatever dietary restriction that you might have. I would highly recommend staying here whether you are traveling in a group or just a solo traveler. Voi is much more than a stop-over city and has plenty of fun and exciting things to offer. You just have to be brave and ask around...

If you look for a price worthy bed and breakfast in Voi, consider Tsavo Lodge. You find this simple but well-kept place a bit outside of the town, on the way to the quite popular "Voi Wildlife Lodge" and the park gate. There are 8 rooms and 6 safari-style tents, all clean, and a big and secure parking. Breakfast is quite basic, as everything here, but for 1.500 KSh per person you absolutely cannot complain. Compared with the hotels in town, you enjoy much more silence here during the night. Recommendable for a stopover on the Nairobi-Mombasa trip, or as a cheap base camp outside the Tsavo East park.

He is not an interruption in our work, he is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business, he is part of it.We are not doing him a favour by serving him, he is doing us a favour by giving us an opportunity to do so. You will definitely enjoy your stay with us.
Impala Lodge is outside Tsavo East National Park and therefore cheaper than the lodges in the park. They have rooms or tents, we chose the tent. In the tent there were two beds, one about 140cm and the other about 90cm wide. It even has a small TV, a kettle and a small fridge (I found that super). The shower has hot water, it has several sockets for electricity. The tent has an awning, where you can be protected from mosquitoes outside. The cleanliness was good, the food was okay, drinks and food a little too expensive for my taste (since you are outside the park and in the local restaurants get away cheaper). The staff is very friendly and helpful, we had three good days there.
