Hotel & Restaurant Wildthout is gevestigd in een oud statig pand. Deze voormalige burgemeesterswoning straalt klasse en sfeer uit. Komt u eenmaal binnen, dan proeft u direct de huiselijke sfeer. De service is warm en gemoedelijk. De kwaliteit van eten en drinken van hoog niveau. De kamers variëren van standaard tot luxe en splinternieuw. Wij gaan voor kwaliteit, service en gezelligheid en weten iedere gast op zijn/haar wenken te bedienen. Wanneer bent u onze gast?
Very pleasant stay
Reviewed By 223ingridmFriendly reception. Nice clean room with comfortable beds, a great shower, coffee making facility, outside seating, and comfy chairs inside. The 3-course dinner, included in our arrangement and served by lovely knowledgeable staff, was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast buffet was fine, though we have enjoyed more extensive ones. All in all a lovely experience.

Hotel & Restaurant De Zon in Ommen is situated on one of the most beautiful locations of Ommen, directly to the river "De Vecht".Not only the location is unique, also the building ,dated from 1893, has it’s own special atmosphere. This because of the old high sealings, the modern looks, Uncle Henry’s Pub and the wonderful terrace with view over “De Vecht”.Find out yourself: De Zon is a dynamic and modern hotel & restaurant with a rich history.We are proud we may call ourselves Art-Hotel. In our lounge, conference rooms and restaurant we expose beautiful paintings of the famous dutch painter Henk Helmantel and the abstract, colourfull painter Jan te Wierik.Our kitchen is well-known for it's great quality. Our chef Arjan Bisschop and his kitchen-team a lot of organic products from our region "Het Vechtdal".We are looking forward to welcome you as a guest in our hotel & restaurant!

Reviewed By JoepvthThe hotel accommodation is outdated and in need of some serious maintenance. The restaurant (i.e. the food - we had to eat in our room due to Covid) is very good. The service is very friendly. A visit to Zwolle is recommended.

Paping Hotel & Spa - Gelegen in Ommen, in het hart van een van de mooiste stukjes Nederland, het Vechtdal, serveren we het goede leven. Een plek gemaakt om tot rust te komen en te genieten -- van zonsopkomst tot -ondergang en tot diep in de nacht. De natuur krijgt hier alle ruimte en vraagt om ontdekt te worden, per voet, fiets óf sloep. Proef het beste van de streek in de gerechten van onze chef-kok en zijn brigade en drink er een op het leven in onze Pub. Voel je thuis!
Oude glorie must be restored to old
Reviewed By paulrW7257YSHotel is dated and facilities are at end of life. Our bathroom was smelly. Basic expectation , hairdryer, coffee maker, small bottle of water, are not provided. Old hotel which has lost its glory. Some rooms would not fulfil current safety standards. People are friendly.

Duur verblijf, weinig comfort
Reviewed By Lieke PBoomhut geboekt, welke behoorlijk aan de prijs. Krijgt weinig voor terug. Geen wcpapier, geen afwas pakket, geen zak in de prullenbak maar wel schoonmaakkosten van 35€. Hebben bij het verlaten van deze hut alles zo schoon mogelijk achtergelaten. Zelfs geen lakens van de camping gebruikt, want we hadden onze eigen dekens mee. Hierdoor hebben zij geen kosten aan de wasserette. Ook onze eigen pan gebruikt. Wel twee borden en bestek die we netjes onder de kraan hebben afgespoeld en in een droogrek gezet. Ondanks dit toch een niet-klantvriendelijke mail ontvangen van de manager dat wij het smerig hadden achtergelaten. Naar gevoel aan over gehouden. Gaan er niet meer heen.

Park voor rustzoekers
Reviewed By sennekeZeer rustig park. Sleutel ophalen paar km van park vandaan, in centrum van Ommen. Bij weggaan mag je sleutel in huisje achter laten. Op het park is verder weinig. Wij hadden 6-persoons bungalow met sauna. Dankzij de prima sauna was het voor ons de moeite waard. Woonkamer is ruim genoeg voor 6 personen. Goede koelkast en grote vriezer. Ruime badkamer. Grote tuin. Voor de rest viel het ons tegen; zeer minimaal ingerichte bungalow: bankstel / salontafel / eethoek. Amper sfeer in de woning. Indeling niet logisch: 3-persoonsbank naast de tv (lastig kijken). Fauteuil stond aan de andere kant half voor tv. Bungalow was niet goed schoon: overal spinnen / spinraggen. Rubberen rand aan douchedeur was smerig. Geen horren, daardoor erg veel last van muggen. Overal in de bungalow op de muren vlekken van doodgeslagen muggen. Veel ramen in woonkamer, wordt in zomer daardoor snel warm. Vuilnis op 1 centrale plek voor het hele park, te ver weg als je achteraan op het park zit.
