Writing this before breakfast but I’m sure that will be awesome too. 15 minutes from Plasencia which our host recommended some great parking and restaurant tips.

Poor, very disappointed
Reviewed By Passport802837I stayed in C1 bungalow last week with a friend. We booked last minute just for one night. I’m glad it wasn’t any longer!! On arrival, our bungalow was freezing cold. I know it’s winter but at least put the heating on low when you’re expecting guests? The bungalow only had ONE air blow heater to heat the whole building. It was not sufficient. It couldn’t even reach the bedroom. We decided to go out and leave the blower going. Three hours later, on our return, it was still cold. We had a cold night with just two thin blankets on the beds. There were blankets, which we resorted to, but they were filthy. Tv did not work, it constantly said ‘no signal’. To add insult to injury, and quite possibly the worst thing, was that there was no hot water whatsoever. We could not shower in the evening, or the morning as it was stone cold. 70 euros for no heating or hot water is totally unacceptable. Finding anyone at reception to ask for help was impossible as there was never anyone there. We didn’t bother staying for breakfast.

A lovely rural house in the north of Extremadura; located within Malpartida de Plasencia, a quiant village close to such beautiful landscapes as the National Park of Monfrague, Valle del Jerte, La Vera, Valle del Ambroz and Las Hurdes. Also close to the historical cities of Plasencia, Caceres, Trujillo and Guadalupe. Centredly located to all points of interest, the House is the perfect staging area to enjoy all of Extremadura. It is newly constructed, designed with the guests´ enjoyment in mind. It has 7 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms distributed over 2 floors: on the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, a salon and a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor has 4 bedrooms as well as a salon and a kitchen. While each room is unique from the others, all come with the same comforts: TV, air conditioning, heating, hairdryer and shower-amenities. You can enjoy its garden with swimming pool, barbecue and playground for children. The price includes the breakfast.

Reviewed By 232RainerMakes a great base to explore this wonderful area. Like they say a bit hard ti find but well worth it. The loft apartments are very spacious and modern fitted to our surprise. The apartment is well thought out with a little kitchen sitting area , even a kettle which you dont find often in Spain. Visit at the end of March when the cherry blossoms are out in the valley nearby. " million cherry trees spectacular. The lady owner very helpful. Lots to see and do.

Reviewed By Mortib01We just spent the weekend here, my partner and I and my parents. Had a great time. Rooms and whole house were spotlessly clean, it was warm and cosy and the host was the most friendly and accommodating man ever. Breakfast was simple but plentiful and I imagine in the summer the terrace is very pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed By Paulo RThe Room is out of date looks from the 70', the mattress are very uncomfortable, the breakfast is so poor l don't eat even if the would offer, the day staff are nice, but the night recepcionist is very rude. Only stay there if is nothing around to stay.

Reviewed By JamieHN05It took us a while to find the place because its real name is Cañada Real. This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in my life. Old, very old, grim, dirty, badly kept. The swimming pool is unattended and old, the bathrooms are dirty. We travelled with friends who had to ask for a room change after clearing dirty ash trays and empty water bottles from their room. The bar has an awful feel, they have stock lying around on the floor in the kitchen. I insisted on paying and checking out the night before because we were leaving early and they tried to make me wait until the morning, claiming that they have 24h Reception service... when we left at 6am there was no one to be seen anywhere in reception...
