Great little hotel
Reviewed By barvenartzWe stayed at the Bedford Hotel in April 2022, because it was very close to the Star Moscati Hospital where my husband was scheduled for a medical procedure. It is a clean and sleek little hotel, with easy parking and excellent wifi. The breakfast is great, especially the fresh fruit and coffee. The bed was very comfortable, and everything worked. I was especially impressed because I left my electric toothbrush in the room when we checked out. They notified me, and said I could pick it up the next time I was in Queretaro. We did exactly that two weeks later. Very nice service.

Perfect business hotel
Reviewed By Mexicano67If you are looking for a competitively priced business hotel in the Juriquilla area, this is one of your best options. Rooms are cosy and clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is good and staff is professional and kind. The hotel is next to a shopping mall and you have to enter the (paid) parking area to get to the hotel. At the hotel reception they can seal your ticket, so you don’t pay for parking. After that you still have to validate your ticket through the parking machines at the mall. It takes 3 minutes, but when it’s raining, it might be a bit unpractical. On the positive side, it’s a very safe place for your car.

Reviewed By pmedic3718A hotel that vibrates with Japanese influence, does not necessarily transport you to Japan, but what matters is that the quality of the service that is very good, the room we were assigned was a suite that, in my opinion, would have dedicated more space to the room, less space to the kitchenette and living room, since with two beds it felt very tight. Practically the apartment we were assigned was designed for a much longer stay since it even has a washing machine. Cleanliness, without any complaints or comments, impeccable. Sorry for the mess but we wanted to show you that we really occupied the room.

Reviewed By Yomera2014This is a fantastic place for meetings. The staff and the services are first class, under any circumstances, even lockdowns. The participants only had praises for me and the hotel after the weekend: great food, great staff and they enjoyed the pool as well. Overall, they appreciated that we had our reunion in a place that takes a lot of care about their safety, and you can see that they were rigorous on sanitization and safe distance. Registration, room service and ordering at the restaurant were done through apps, but even with the safe distance, the warmth from the staff was there all the time. I was pleasantly surprised about how professional and fun a meeting can be even in Covid times. Needless to say, my party got back home safe and healthy.
